[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not sell the fruit until its goodness becomes apparent."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ

Do not buy fruits (on the trees) until their good condition becomes clear.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling fruit until it had started to ripen. He forbade the transaction to both buyer and seller.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ
"Do not sell fruits until they have ripened."' (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2215)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَبَايَعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not sell fruits of dates until they become free from all the dangers of being spoilt or blighted; and do not sell fresh dates for dry dates." Narrated Salim and ʿAbdullah from Zaid bin Habit' "Later on Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted the selling of ripe fruits on trees for fresh dates or dried dates in Bai'-al-'Araya, and did not allow it for any other kind of sale." [Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , prohibited selling fruits until they are ripe and he forbade selling fruits by dates.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ وَنَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited selling fruits until their goodness becomes apparent, and he made an exception for Arayā palm trees, allowing people to sell their dates based on their visual inspection.
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا رَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا قَالَ وَالْعَرِيَّةُ النَّخْلَةُ تُجْعَلُ لِلْقَوْمِ يَبِيعُونَهَا بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا
