"Do not sell fruits until they have ripened." And he forbade (both) the seller and the purchaser (to engage in such a transaction).
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale of fruits till their benefit is evident. He forbade both the seller and the buyer (such sale).
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُبْتَاعَ
Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale of fruits until they were clearly in good condition, he forbade it both to the seller and to the buyer.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُبْتَاعَ
Do not buy fruits (on the trees) until their good condition becomes clear.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ
Do not sell the fruits until their good condition becomes evident."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَبْتَاعُوا الثِّمَارَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا
"Do not sell fruits until their condition is known. And he forbade (both) the seller and the purchaser (to engage in such a transaction).

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling fruit until it had started to ripen. He forbade the transaction to both buyer and seller.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَبَايَعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ
وَلَا تُبَاعُ ثَمَرَةٌ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not sell fruits of dates until they become free from all the dangers of being spoilt or blighted; and do not sell fresh dates for dry dates." Narrated Salim and ʿAbdullah from Zaid bin Habit' "Later on Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted the selling of ripe fruits on trees for fresh dates or dried dates in Bai'-al-'Araya, and did not allow it for any other kind of sale." "لا تُبَاعُ الثَّمَرَةُ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاحُهَا".
"لَا تَبْتَاعوا الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاحُهَا، وَيَذْهَبَ عَنْهَا الآفَةُ".
"لا تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ".
"نَهَى النَبِىُّ ﷺ عَنْ بَيعْ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا".
"نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُو صَلَاحُهَا".
