Al-Bara' said, "I saw the Prophet ﷺ when al-Hasan was on his shoulder. He was saying, 'O Allah, I love him, so love him.'"

رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَالْحَسَنُ صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ

That the Prophet ﷺ used to take him (i.e. Usama) and Al-Hassan (in his lap) and say: "O Allah! Love them, as I love them."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَأْخُذُهُ وَالْحَسَنَ فَيَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ أَحِبَّهُمَا فَإِنِّي أُحِبُّهُمَا

That the Prophet ﷺ used to take him and Al-Hasan, and used to say, "O Allah! I love them, so please love them," or said something similar.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَأْخُذُهُ وَالْحَسَنَ وَيَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُمَا فَأَحِبَّهُمَا أَوْ كَمَا قَالَ

I saw the Prophet ﷺ carrying Al-Hasan on his shoulder an saying, "O Allah! I love him, so please love him."

رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَالْحَسَنُ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ

O Allah, behold, I love him. Thou too love him and love one who loves him.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِحَسَنٍ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ وَأَحْبِبْ مَنْ يُحِبُّهُ

I saw Hasan b. 'Ali upon the shoulders of Allah's Apostle ﷺ and he was saying: O Allah, I love him, and love him Thou.

رَأَيْتُ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ عَلَى عَاتِقِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ

I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with Al-Hasan b. 'Ali placed upon his shoulders and he was saying: O Allah, I love him, and love him Thou.

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَاضِعًا الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ

that the Prophet ﷺ saw al-Ḥasan and al-Ḥusayn, so he said: "O Allah, I love them, so love them."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَبْصَرَ حَسَنًا وَحُسَيْنًا فَقَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُمَا فَأَحِبَّهُمَا.»

"I saw the Prophet ﷺ placing Al-Hasan bin 'Ali upon his shoulder while saying: 'O Allah, I love him, so love him.'"

سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ يَقُولُ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَاضِعًا الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: «اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ.»

The Prophet said to Hasan: "O Allah, I love him, so love him and love those who love him." He said: "And he hugged him to his chest."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِلْحَسَنِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ وَأَحِبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّهُ قَالَ وَضَمَّهُ إِلَى صَدْرِهِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "O Allah, indeed I love them, so make them love one another."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُمَا فَأَحِبَّهُمَا

[AI] That the Prophet ﷺ was carrying Al-Hasan, so he said: "Indeed, I love him, so I love him."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ حَامِلًا الْحَسَنَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ

I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with Al-Hasan b. 'Ali placed upon his shoulders and he was saying: O Allah, I love him, and love him Thou. (Using translation from Muslim 2422b)

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَاضِعًا الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ

[AI] He informed me that he saw the Prophet ﷺ hugging Hasan and Husayn and saying, "O Allah, I love them, so love them."

أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَضُمُّ إِلَيْهِ حَسَنًا وَحُسَيْنًا يَقُولُ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُمَا فَأَحِبَّهُمَا

I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with Al-Hasan b. 'Ali placed upon his shoulders and he was saying: O Allah, I love him, and love him Thou. (Using translation from Muslim 2422b)

I saw Hasan b. 'Ali upon the shoulders of Allah's Apostle ﷺ and he was saying: O Allah, I love him, and love him Thou. (Using translation from Muslim 2422a)

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ embraced Hassan and said, "O Allah, I love him, so please love him."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ احْتَضَنَ حَسَنًا فَقَالَ «اللهُمَّ إِنِّي قَدْ أَحْبَبْتُهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ»

I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with Al-Hasan b. 'Ali placed upon his shoulders and he was saying: O Allah, I love him, and love him Thou. (Using translation from Muslim 2422b)

سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ يَقُولُ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Hasan ibn Ali, "O Allah, indeed I love him, so love him and love those who love him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِلْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ؓ «اللهُمَّ إِنِّي قَدْ أَحْبَبْتُهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ وَأَحِبَّ مَنْ أَحَبَّهُ»

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ حَامِلًا الْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ ؓ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّ حَسَنًا فَأَحِبَّهُ»

[AI] "The Prophet ﷺ used to take Hassan and embrace him, then he would say, 'O Allah, indeed this is my son, so love him and love those who love him.'"

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَأْخُذُ حَسَنًا فَيَضُمُّهُ إِلَيْهِ فَيَقُولُ «اللهُمَّ إِنَّ هَذَا ابْنِي فَأَحِبَّهُ وَأَحِبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Hussein Ibn Ali, "Whoever loves this (person), then he has loved me."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِلْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ «مَنْ أَحَبَّ هَذَا فَقَدْ أَحَبَّنِي»

[AI] "The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: 'Love the Quraysh, for indeed whoever loves them, Allah will love him.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَحِبُّوا قُرَيْشًا فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ أَحَبَّهُمْ أَحَبَّهُ اللهُ ﷻ»

I saw the Prophet ﷺ carrying Al-Hasan on his shoulder an saying, "O Allah! I love him, so please love him." (Using translation from Bukhārī 3749)

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَالْحَسَنُ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّ هَذَا فَأَحِبَّهُ»

The Prophet said to Hasan: "O Allah, I love him, so love him and love those who love him." He said: "And he hugged him to his chest." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 142)

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِلْحَسَنِ «اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ وَأَحِبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّهُ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ used to take me and Al-Hasan bin Ali and would say, "O Allah, love them, for I love them."

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَأْخُذُنِي وَالْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ فَيَقُولُ «اللهُمَّ أَحِبَّهُمَا فَإِنِّي أُحِبُّهُمَا»

[AI] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with Al-Hasan on his shoulder, and he was saying, "O Allah, I love him, so love him."

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَالْحَسَنُ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ

[AI] From the Prophet ﷺ that he said to Al-Hassan, "O Allah, I love him, so love him and love whoever loves him."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِلْحَسَنِ ؓ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ وَأَحْبِبْ مَنْ يُحِبُّهُ

[AI] Do not do it, for if you love him, I love him for the sake of Allah.

لَا تَفْعَلْ فَإِنَّ أَحَبَّهُ إِلَيَّ أَحَبُّهُ لِلَّهِ ﷻ

[AI] No, by Allah, I neither love it nor do I love anyone who loves it." Hassan said, "Is he insane? Is he insane?"

لَا وَاللَّهِ لَا مَا أُحِبُّهُ وَلَا أُحِبُّ مَنْ يُحِبُّهُ فَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ أَمَجْنُونٌ هُوَ أَمَجْنُونٌ هُوَ؟

"أحبوا قريشًا، فإِنه من أحبَّهم أحبه اللهُ".

"اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّ حَسنًا فأحِبَّهُ، وَأَحِبَّ مَنْ يُحِبهُ ".

"اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أحِبُّهُ فَأحِبَّهُ" يعني الحسين .

"اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُمَا فَأحِبَّهُمَا ".

"عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيدٍ قَالَ: احْتَضَنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ حَسَنًا ثُمَّ قَال: اللَّهُمَّ إنِّى قَدْ أحْبَبْتُهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ".

"رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حَمَلَ الحَسَنَ عَلَى عَاتِقِه وقال: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ".

"عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبىَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِلحَسَنِ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّى أُحِبُّهُ فأحبه، وأحب من يحبه".

"عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَأْخُذُ حَسَنًا فَيَضُمُّهُ إِلَيْهِ، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ هَذَا ابْنِي، وَأَنَا أُحِبُّهُ فَأحِبَّهُ وَأَحِبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّهُ".
