“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to ‘Abbas: ‘O uncle, shall I not give you a gift, shall I not benefit you, shall I not uphold my ties of kinship with you?’ He said: ‘Of course, O Messenger of Allah.’ He said: ‘Pray four Rak’ah, and recite in each Rak’ah the Opening of the Book (Al-Fatihah) and a Surah. When you have finished reciting, say: Subhan-Allah wal-hamdu Lillah wa la ilaha illallah wa Allahu Akbar (Glory is to Allah, praise is to Allah, none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Allah is the Most Great) fifteen times before you bow in Ruku’. Then bow and say it ten times; then raise your head and say it ten times; then prostrate and say it ten times; then raise your head and say it ten times; then prostrate and say it ten times; then raise your head and say it ten times before you stand up. That wil be seventy-five times in each Rak’ah and three hundred times in the four Rak’ah, and even if your sins are like the grains of sand, Allah will forgive you for them.’ He said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, what if someone cannot say it in one day?’ He said: ‘Then say it once in a week; if you cannot, then say it once in a month’ until he said: ‘Once in a year.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1386)

[Machine] Narrated Abu Rafi, the servant of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ : The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by Al-Baqi' (graveyard) and said, "Woe, woe, woe!" There was no one with him except me, so he turned towards me and said, "O Abu Rafi! Are my father and mother (alive)?" I replied, "They are your ransom, O Messenger of Allah!" He said, "The person buried in this grave deceived me in the matter of a cloak, so I presented it to him (thinking it was genuine), but it was burning over him (in the grave).

Ali waited and did not turn back until the Prophet came to him. The Prophet then advised him on certain matters and said, "O Ali, it is better for you if Allah guides a person through your guidance than if the sun rises upon him."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ invited a guest, but he did not find anything suitable at the Prophet's ﷺ house. So he sent a message to a Jewish man, saying to him "Muhammad ﷺ asked you to lend him some dates until the month of Rajab." The man replied, "Only if you give me something as collateral." So I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and informed him. He said, "By Allah, I am trustworthy in the heavens and trustworthy on earth. If he lent me or sold me something, I would fulfill my obligation to him." When I left him, the following verse was revealed to me, until the end of the verse, as a consolation to him regarding worldly matters: "And do not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [some] categories of them" (Quran 20:131).

Umar said, "You are right, I swear by Allah, I will not leave this gathering until you assign food and portion of oil and vinegar for every Muslim man." They said, "This is up to you, O Amir al-Mu'minin, Allah has indeed expanded our provision and increased our goodness."
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "I heard something in front of me when I entered Paradise, so I asked, 'Who is this?' They said, 'It is Bilal.' So, I went to him and asked, 'How did you surpass me in entering Paradise?' He replied, 'O Messenger of Allah, I never did anything, day or night, except that I performed ablution (wudu) after it, and I never performed ablution except that I prayed two units (rak'at) of prayer after it.'"
[Machine] From their ancestors, they said: Bilal came to Abu Bakr and said, "O Khalifa of the Messenger of Allah, I heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , say, 'The best deed of a believer is jihad in the way of Allah.' I wanted to dedicate myself in the way of Allah until I die." Abu Bakr said, "I adjure you by Allah, O Bilal, and by my honor, I have aged and my strength has weakened, and my death is approaching." So Bilal stayed with him. When Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, passed away, Umar came to Bilal and said the same words that Abu Bakr had said, but Bilal declined. Umar then asked, "Who, O Bilal?" Bilal replied, "To Saad, for he has been appointed as the caller to prayer (muezzin) in Quba during the time of the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ ." Umar then appointed Saad as the caller to prayer and Bilal followed him.
[Machine] I passed by Bilal while he was sitting during the morning prayer. I said, "What is holding you back, Abu Abdullah?" He replied, "I am waiting for the sunrise."
