[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Indeed, illness removes sins just as the leaves fall from a tree."  

الطبراني:١٠٠٢ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجُذُوعِيُّ الْقَاضِي ثنا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ الْعَمِّيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا أَبُو حَفْصٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَزَّارُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَدْرَانَ قَالُوا ثنا سَلْمُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَوْسَطَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَسَدِ بْنِ كُرْزٍ

سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ الْمَرَضَ لَيُذْهِبُ الْخَطَايَا كَمَا يَتَحَاتُّ وَرَقُ الشَّجَرِ»
