The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray witr with nine and pray two rak'ahs sitting down.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُوتِرُ بِتِسْعٍ وَيَرْكَعُ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ  

tirmidhi:471 – Muḥammad b. Bashhār > Ḥammād b. Masʿadah > Maymūn b. Mūsá al-Maraʾī > al-Ḥasan from his mother > Um Salamah

"The Prophet would pray two Rak'ah after Al-Witr."

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَقَدْ رُوِيَ نَحْوُ هَذَا عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ وَعَائِشَةَ وَغَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

It was narrated from Umm Salamah that the Prophet ﷺ used to pray two short Rak’ah after Witr, sitting down.  

ابن ماجة:١١٩٥ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مَيْمُونُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْمَرَئِيُّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي بَعْدَ الْوِتْرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ خَفِيفَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ  

darimi:1615 – Muḥammad b. Aḥmad b. Abū Khalaf > Sufyān > ʿAmr / Ibn Dīnār > Ibn Shihāb > Sālim from his father

It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that the Prophet ﷺ used to pray two Rak’ah after Jumu’ah. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1131)  

الدارمي:١٦١٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو يَعْنِي ابْنَ دِينَارٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي بَعْدَ الْجُمُعَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ»

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ «يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْفَجْرِ»
