That the Prophet ﷺ used to pray two rak'ahs before the 'Asr prayer. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1272)  

الطبراني:٢٠٥٣٥ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ السِّقْطِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى زَحْمَوَيْهِ ثنا صَالِحُ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ السَّدُوسِيِّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ يَقُولُ حَدَّثَتْنِي مَيْمُونَةُ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي قَبْلَ الْعَصْرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ»

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي قَبْلَ الصُّبْحِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ  

nasai:1774 – Ismāʿīl b. Masʿūd > Khālid b. al-Ḥārith > ʿUbaydullāh > Nāfiʿ > ʿAbdullāh > Ukhtī Ḥafṣah

"My sister Hafsah told me that he used to pray two brief rak'ahs before Fajr."  

النسائي:١٧٧٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي أُخْتِي حَفْصَةُ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُصَلِّي قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ خَفِيفَتَيْنِ  

abudawud:1272 – Ḥafṣ b. ʿUmar > Shuʿbah > Abū Isḥāq > ʿĀṣim b. Ḍamrah > ʿAlī ʿAlayh al-Salām

أبو داود:١٢٧٢ – حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي قَبْلَ الْعَصْرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ  

tirmidhi:471 – Muḥammad b. Bashhār > Ḥammād b. Masʿadah > Maymūn b. Mūsá al-Maraʾī > al-Ḥasan from his mother > Um Salamah

"The Prophet would pray two Rak'ah after Al-Witr."  

الترمذي:٤٧١ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مُوسَى الْمَرَئِيِّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي بَعْدَ الْوِتْرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ  

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَقَدْ رُوِيَ نَحْوُ هَذَا عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ وَعَائِشَةَ وَغَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ
darimi:1615 – Muḥammad b. Aḥmad b. Abū Khalaf > Sufyān > ʿAmr / Ibn Dīnār > Ibn Shihāb > Sālim from his father

It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that the Prophet ﷺ used to pray two Rak’ah after Jumu’ah. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1131)  

الدارمي:١٦١٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو يَعْنِي ابْنَ دِينَارٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي بَعْدَ الْجُمُعَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ»
