[Machine] "Quraysh sent me to the Prophet ﷺ, and when I saw the Prophet ﷺ, Islam entered my heart. So I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, I will not return to them.' He said, 'I do not go back on my word, and I do not withhold what belongs to others. Go back to them, and if what is in your heart now remains, then stay.' Bukair cried and Al-Hasan told me that Abu Rafa’ was a Copt."

[Machine] From Abu Rafea, a servant of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , who said: We went out with Ali when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent him with his banner. When he approached the fortress, his family came out to him and fought him. A man from the Jews struck him and knocked his shield out of his hand. Ali then took a door that was near the fortress and defended himself with it. He continued to fight with it in his hand until Allah granted him victory. Then he threw it from his hand when he finished. I saw myself with a group of seven, and I was the eighth. We were all striving to turn that door, but we couldn't turn it.

Then he said, "O Abu Rafi', hand me the forearm." So, I handed it to him again. Then he said, "O Abu Rafi', hand me the forearm." So, I said, "O Messenger of Allah, does the sheep have any other forearm?" He said, "If you had remained silent, I would have kept taking forearms from it. And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was fond of raising his forearms."

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "I will inform you of the most accurate account of my hadith while one of you is sitting on his couch and says, 'I do not find this in the Book of Allah.'"

It was said to him, "O Messenger of Allah, why don't you make it one single ablution?" He replied, "This is purer, more pleasant, and cleaner."

[Machine] "Abu Rafi' was a loyal servant to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . I was a young boy under the care of Abbas ibn Abdul Mutallib when Islam entered our lives. I embraced Islam, and so did Umm Al-Fadl. Abbas had already embraced Islam, but he was afraid of his people, so he kept his faith a secret. Abu Lahab, the enemy of Allah, had abstained from the battle of Badr, and his place was taken by Al-As ibn Hisham ibn Al-Mughirah. This was their practice - whenever a man was absent, they would appoint another man in his place. When the news reached us, Allah suppressed our grief and disappointment, and we found strength within ourselves. The Prophet ﷺ spoke about this matter, which is also mentioned in a book by Yakub al-Mursal, although it lacks a chain of narration. It is mentioned that Salim ibn Awf al-Sahmi was among the captives. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that in Makkah, there is a wise and wealthy merchant, whose son was taken captive; if you pay his ransom, it will be as if you have paid it for me and my companions. The Quraysh told them not to rush with the ransom, as Muhammad and his companions would not be able to fulfill it. Abu Wada'ah ibn Subairah Al-Sahmi said, "You have spoken the truth. Act accordingly." He then sneaked out of his captivity during the night, arrived in Madinah, and took his father's four thousand dirhams. He set out with the ransom and reached Mikraz ibn Hafs ibn Al-Akhyaf in order to pay the ransom for Suhaib ibn Amr. The one who had captivated him was Malik ibn Dud Khan, the brother of Banu Malik ibn Awf."

They said, 'O Abu Rafi', the Messenger of Allah devoted our men to fighting, and this dog is our only protection after Allah. By Allah, no one can come to us until a woman from among us stands guard between him and us. So, mention this to the Prophet and ask for his advice." Abu Rafi' mentioned this to the Prophet ﷺ , and he said, "O Abu Rafi', kill it, for it is only Allah who prevents them."
