[Machine] From some of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ , it is reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to them one morning while he was in a good mood and his face was radiant. So we said, "O Prophet of Allah, we see that you are in a good mood and your face is radiant." He said, "What prevents me from being in a good mood when my Lord came to me last night in the best form?" He said, "O Muhammad, I said, 'Here I am at Your service, my Lord, and happy for You.' He said, 'What are the disputing angels disputing about?' I said, 'I do not know, my Lord.' He said, 'That was twice or thrice.' He said, 'Then He placed His hand between my shoulders and I felt its coolness between my chest until I saw what is in the heavens and the earth.' Then he recited this verse, 'And thus did We show Abraham the realm of the heavens and the earth' [Quran 6:75]. He said, 'O Muhammad, what were the disputing angels disputing about?' He said, 'I said, 'About the expiations.' He said, 'And what are the expiations?' I said, 'Walking to the congregational prayer, sitting in the mosques after the prayers, and the extra ablution in disliked times.' He said, 'Whoever does that, lives and dies in goodness, and he will be rewarded for his sins as the day his mother gave birth to him.' And among the levels of goodness are speaking kindly, spreading peace, feeding others, praying at night while people are asleep.' He said, 'O Muhammad, when you pray, say, 'O Allah, I ask You for goodness, abandoning evil, love for the poor, and that You may forgive me. And when you wish to afflict the people with a trial, take me unto You before that.'
