عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ
"Let him give a Dinar or half a Dinar in charity."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ
Ibn ‘Abbas reported the Prophet (May peace be upon him) as saying; when a man has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, he must give half a dinar in alms. Abu Dawud said; ‘Ali b. Budhaimah reported similarly on the authority of Miqsam from the Prophet (May peace be upon him). Al-Awza’I narrated from Yazid b. Abi Malik, from ‘Abd al-Hamid b. ‘Abd al-Rahman from the Prophet (May peace be upon him); He ordered him to give two fifth of a dinar in alms. But this is a chain where two narrators (Miqsam and Ibn ‘Abbas) are missing.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا وَقَعَ الرَّجُلُ بِأَهْلِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ
the Prophet said about a man who had sexual intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating: "He should give half a Dinar in charity."

[Machine] A man deceived his wife while she was menstruating, so he asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about that. The Messenger commanded him to give in charity one dinar or half a dinar.
أَنَّ رَجُلًا غَشِيَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَسَأَلَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ؟ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered the one who approaches his wife while she is menstruating to give in charity one dinar or half a dinar.

[Machine] A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "I have committed adultery with my wife while she was menstruating." So he ordered him to give half a dinar in charity.
أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ إِنِّي وَقَعَتُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِي وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ «فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ»

Abu Dawud said: The correct version says si: One dinar or half a dinar. Shu'bah (a narrator) did not sometimes narrate this tradition as a statement of the Prophet ﷺ. Ibn ‘Abbas reported the Prophet (May peace be upon him) as saying; when a man has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, he must give half a dinar in alms. Abu Dawud said; ‘Ali b.
