[AI] A man deceived his wife while she was menstruating, so he asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about it. So he commanded him to give charity with a dinar or half a dinar, and he did not hear anything from Abdul-Hameed either.
أَنَّ رَجُلًا غَشِيَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَسَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ وَلَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ أَيْضًا مِنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ
The Prophet ﷺ said about a person who had intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating: He must give one dinar or half a dinar in alms. Abu Dawud said: The correct version says si: One dinar or half a dinar. Shu'bah (a narrator) did not sometimes narrate this tradition as a statement of the Prophet ﷺ.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ

"عن الحارث، عن على رفعه إلى النبى ﷺ : في الرجل يقع على امرأته وهى حائض قال: يتصدق بنصف دينار".
