1. Book of Purification (4/11)
[Machine] "The woman experiencing istihadah sits for the duration of her menstrual bleeding, then she takes a single ritual bath and performs ablution for each prayer."
[Machine] As for what saw blood from a sea creature, then do not perform prayer. But when it sees purity, even if just for an hour during the day, then take a bath and perform prayer.
[Machine] "If you see menstrual blood, do not pray. But if you see purity, then cleanse yourself and pray."
[Machine] "If you see foolish blood, then hold on to the days of your readings."
[Machine] The woman experiencing istihadah sits for the days of her menstrual period, then she performs one washing for both the Dhuhr and Asr prayers. She delays Maghrib and hastens Isha, and this occurs during the time of Isha. For the Fajr prayer, she performs one washing. She does not fast, and her husband does not approach her, and she does not touch the Quran.
[Machine] Ibn Abbas used to say about menstruation: "You should perform one washing for both Dhuhr and Asr prayers, and another washing for Maghrib and Isha prayers." He also used to say, "You delay Dhuhr prayer and perform it closer to Asr, and you delay Maghrib prayer and perform it closer to Isha."
[Machine] "About a woman who experiences irregular bleeding during her menstrual period, when her period ends, she should perform a complete ablution (wudu) when it is time for Asr prayer. Then she should take a cloth and seek forgiveness with it. After that, she should pray both Dhuhr and Asr prayers together. Then she should do the same and pray Maghrib and Isha prayers together. Finally, she should do the same and pray Fajr prayer."
[Machine] About Ata, Sa'id, and 'Ikrimah, they said regarding the woman in a state of postnatal bleeding, "She performs ablution every day for the Fajr and 'Asr prayers and prays them. Then she performs ablution for Maghrib and Isha prayers and prays them. And she performs ablution for the morning prayer."
[Machine] "The woman experiencing istihadah (irregular uterine bleeding) washes herself, then she combines (her prayers) between Dhuhr and Asr. If she sees anything (of blood), she washes (again) and combines (her prayers) between Maghrib and Isha."
1.85 [Machine] Who said, 'She can perform ablution from Dhuhr to Dhuhr, have sexual intercourse, and fast'?
[Machine] "She sits and recites her days, and she washes herself from noon till noon, and she seeks forgiveness in a gown and her husband comes to her, and she fasts." So I said, "Who is this?" He took pebbles."
[Machine] "She washes from noon to noon and performs ablution for every prayer. If the blood overcomes her, she seeks forgiveness." And Al-Hasan used to say that.
[Machine] Sa'id (a boy's name) "she washes herself from noon until the same time tomorrow for the Dhuhr prayer. If menstruation overcomes her, she seeks forgiveness and performs ablution for every prayer and prays."
[Machine] Regarding menstruating women, it is stated by Al-Hasan that "She should perform ablution (cleaning) from the time of Dhuhr prayer until the Dhuhr prayer of the next day."
[Machine] "The woman experiencing menstruation abstains from prayer during her menstrual days of the month, then she performs ghusl (major ablution) from noon to noon. She also performs wudu (ablution) before every prayer and she fasts, prays, and her husband comes to her."
[Machine] He used to say that a woman with istihaadah (irregular bleeding) should perform ghusl from one prayer to another. Marwan said, and this is the statement of Al-Awzaa'i.
[Machine] "The woman experiencing istihadah (continuous bleeding outside the regular menstrual cycle) should perform ablution every day before the first prayer."
1.86 [Machine] Who said: "A woman experiencing istihaadah (irregular uterine bleeding) should have sexual intercourse with her husband"?
[Machine] In istihada, her husband can have sexual intercourse with her even if blood flows onto the mat.
[Machine] Bakr ibn Abdullah Al-Muzani said, "Prayer is the greatest sanctuary, embraced by her spouse."
[Machine] In her state of menstruation, if her husband has sexual intercourse with her, she is exempted from performing prayer. But once her menstruation is over, she should resume praying.
[Machine] "The husband has intercourse with the woman who is experiencing istihadha."
[Machine] Regarding Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, al-Hasan, and Ata', they said regarding a woman experiencing Istihadah (abnormal bleeding outside of menstruation): she should perform ablution, pray, observe fasting during Ramadan, and her husband may have sexual intercourse with her.
1.87 [Machine] Who said: "A woman in a state of menstruation should not have sexual intercourse with her husband
[Machine] He used to say, "The menstruating woman is not approached by her husband." Abu Nu'man said, Yahya bin Sa'id Al-Qattan told me, "I don't know anyone who said this except Al-Hasan."
[Machine] The wife who is in a state of menstruation does not have sexual relations with her husband, does not fast, and does not touch the Quran.
[Machine] "The woman experiencing istihadah does not engage in sexual intercourse with her husband."
[Machine] It is said, "The woman experiencing Istihāḍah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding) does not engage in sexual intercourse, does not fast, and does not touch the Qur'an. However, she is only permitted to perform the prayer.” Yazeed said, "Her husband can have sexual intercourse with her, and what is permissible for the ritually clean person is also permissible for her."
1.88 [Machine] What is mentioned in the majority of menstruation?
[Machine] Regarding prayer during menstruation, if a woman becomes clean before the seventh day, then she may perform the prayer, otherwise, she should refrain from praying until she becomes clean. However, if she becomes clean before the tenth day, then she may perform the prayer. If not, she should wash herself, perform ablution, and then pray while in a state of istihadah (minor ritual impurity).
[Machine] Menstruation is ten days, and whatever exceeds that, she is considered to be experiencing istihadah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding).
[Machine] The translation of the given Arabic text "الْحَيْضُ عَشْرَةٌ فَمَا زَادَ فَهِيَ مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ" into English is: "Menstruation lasts ten days, anything beyond that is considered irregular bleeding."
[Machine] "Menses is until thirteen, and if it exceeds that, then it is istihadah."
[Machine] "The menstruation lasts for ten days, then she is considered clean."
[Machine] "The menstrual period lasts up to thirteen days, anything beyond that is considered istihadah."
[Machine] Regarding prayer, one's menstruation period is counted as either one day or two days, and after that, she is considered to be in a state of istihaadah (bleeding outside the menstrual period).
[Machine] "The woman who is experiencing Istihadah waits for three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten."
[Machine] "That the menstruating woman awaits the end of her period by only a day."
[Machine] Anas ibn Malik heard saying, "What exceeds ten is excessive."
[Machine] "The maximum limit of menstruation is fifteen days."
1.89 [Machine] In the shortest duration
[Machine] He said, "The minimum duration of menstruation is three days." Abd Allah Al-Dārimī was asked if he agrees with this, to which he replied, "Yes, if that's her usual habit." I also asked him about this, and he said, "The shortest duration of menstruation is one day and night, and the longest is fifteen days."
[Machine] "Abu Muhammad is Abu Saad As-Saghani, reporting from Sufyan, who heard from Ar-Rabi' who said, 'The minimum duration of menstruation is three [days].'"
[Machine] "If she sees blood before her menstruation for a day or two, then it is considered part of her menstruation."
1.90 [Machine] In Al-Bakr, the blood continues with it.
[Machine] About the issue of menstruation, they said concerning the pre-dawn prayer when one menstruates, she must perform ritual bathing and they said, "Abstain from prayer just as a woman abstains from intimate relations with her husband."
