“The best of supplication is the supplication of the Day of ʿArafah. And the best of what I and the Prophets before me have said is: None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, Alone, without partner, to Him belongs all that exists, and to Him belongs the Praise, and He is powerful over all things. (Lā ilāha illallāh, waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu, wa huwa ʿalā kulli shai’in qadīr).’”

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ خَيْرُ الدُّعَاءِ دُعَاءُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ وَخَيْرُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ قَبْلِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The best dua is dua on the day of Arafa, and the best thing that I or the Prophets before me have said is 'There is no god but Allah, alone, without any partner' (La ilaha illa'llah, wahdahu la sharika lah.)"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَفْضَلُ الدُّعَاءِ دُعَاءُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ وَأَفْضَلُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ قَبْلِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Zihad ibn Abi Ziyad the mawla of Abdullah ibn Ayyash ibn Abi Rabia from Talha ibn Ubaydullah ibn Kariyz that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The most excellent dua is the dua on the Day of Arafa, and the best of what I and the prophets before me have said, is 'There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَفْضَلُ الدُّعَاءِ دُعَاءُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ وَأَفْضَلُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ قَبْلِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The best duʿāʾ is the duʿā of the Day of ʿArafah, and the best of what I and the Prophets before me said is: 'There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Allah, the One and Only, with no partners.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَفْضَلُ الدُّعَاءِ دُعَاءُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ وَأَفْضَلُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ قَبْلِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ

"خَيْرُ الدُّعَاء يَوْم عَرَفَةَ، وَخَيْرُ مَا قُلتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّون من قَبْلِى: لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّه وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ المُلكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ، وَهوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَئٍ قدِيرٌ".

"أفضَلُ الدعاء دعاءُ يوم عرفَة، وأفْضَلُ ما قلت أنا والنَّبِيون مِن قبلي: لا إله إلا الله وحدَهُ لا شريك له".

"أفضل الدُّعاءِ دعاء يومَ عَرفة، وأفْضَلُ قولي وقولِ الأنبياءِ قَبْلِي: لا إله إلا الله وحدَه لا شريك له، لهُ الملكُ وله الحمدُ، يحيى ويميتُ، بيدهِ الخيرُ، وهُوَ على كل شيء قدير" .
