[Machine] that He came from Umar and said, "When we sat with him yesterday, Umar asked the companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , "Which of you has heard the saying of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about Fitnah (tribulations)?" They said, "We have heard it." He said, "Perhaps you are referring to the Fitnah of a man with his family and wealth?" They said, "Yes." He said, "I am not asking about that. I am asking about the Fitnah that causes waves like the waves of the sea." Then the people fell silent, and I thought that he meant me. I said, "I." He said, "You is to Allah as your father." I said, "I." He said, "Fitnah is presented to the hearts like a reed mat. Whichever heart rejects it, a white dot is made in it. Whichever heart accepts it, a black dot is made in it, until the hearts become two types: one white like a pure white stone, which will not be harmed by any Fitnah for as long as the heavens and earth exist; and the other dark and bulky, like a vessel that is turned over, and he does not know what Ma'ruf (good) is, nor does he reject Munkar (evil), except for that which his whims dictate."
"And I told him that there was a closed door between him and I, which was about to be broken. Umar said, "There is no barrier for you." I said, "Yes." He said, "If it were opened, perhaps it would be closed again." I said, "No, it will be broken." He said, "And I told him that behind that door was a man who would be killed or die, in a matter that is not a trivial one."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "All acts of kindness are considered charity and the last thing remaining from the times of ignorance is the saying of the prophets: 'If you have no shame, then do as you wish.'"

[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying in a pathway of the streets of Medina, "I am Muhammad and I am Ahmad, and I am the gatherer and the final one, and I am the Prophet of mercy."
“The believer should not humiliate himself.” They said: “How could he humiliate himself?” He said: “By taking on a trial that he cannot deal with.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 4016)

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ divided the cow among the Muslims into seven portions.
[Machine] Gabriel met the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at Al-Mira'ah stone. Gabriel said, "O Gabriel, I have been sent to an illiterate nation, to the old man, the young boy, the slave girl, and the old woman, and to the elderly man who has never read a book." He said, "Verily, the Quran was revealed with seven dialects."
[Machine] I prayed behind Eisa, the master of Hudhayfa, in Madinah at a funeral. He made five takbeers (saying Allahu Akbar) and then turned towards us and said, "I did not forget or confuse, but I made takbeer as my master, the one who was favored by Allah, Hudhayfa ibn al-Yaman, did; and my guide, the messenger of Allah ﷺ , made takbeer as well when praying upon a deceased person. He made five takbeers."
[Machine] I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, is there evil after this good, just as there was evil before it?" He said, "O Hudhaifah, read the Book of Allah and act upon what is in it, then turn away from me." So, I asked him the same question three times, and I knew that if it were good, I would follow it, and if it were evil, I would avoid it. So, I asked, "Is there evil after this good?" He said, "Yes, there will be blind and deaf trials, and callers to misguidance at the gates of hell. Whoever responds to them will be thrown into it."

[Machine] The pool of Muhammad ﷺ on the Day of Judgment, its drink is whiter than milk, sweeter than honey, cooler than snow, and its scent is more pleasant than musk. And indeed, its vessels are equal in number to the stars in the sky.
[Machine] "Whoever leaves them and comes to this man, referring to 'Uthman, said, I said so-and-so, and so-and-so, and so-and-so. He said, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever separates from the community and humbles the authority, he will meet Allah without His approval.'"

[Machine] We were with Sa'id ibn al-'As in Tabaristan and with him were some companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . He asked, "Which of you prayed the prayer of fear with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ?" Hudhaifa said, "I did. I would order your companions to stand in two groups, one behind you and one towards the enemy. You would all then say the takbeer and they would say the takbeer along with you. You would then perform the ruku' and they would perform the ruku' with you. You would then raise your head and they would raise their heads with you. Then you would make the sajdah and they would make the sajdah with you. The group that is behind you and the group that is towards the enemy would perform the standing position towards the enemy. When you raise your head from the sajdah, they would perform the sajdah and then the others would move forward and perform ruku', following your movements. Then they would raise their heads and perform the ruku' along with you. Then they would make the sajdah and the group that is behind you and the other group would perform the standing position towards the enemy. When you raise your head from the sajdah, they would perform the sajdah and then you would say the salaam and some of them would give salaam to others. You would then order your companions that if the enemy attacks them with a sudden attack, they should start fighting them and should not speak."
“If one of the members of his family died, Hudhaifah would say: ‘Do not inform anyone of it, for I am afraid that that would be a public death announcement. I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with these two ears of mine forbidding making public death announcements.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1476)
Every people have Magians, and the Magians of this community are those who declare that there is no destination by Allah. If any one of them dies, do not attend his funeral, and if any one of them is ill, do not pay a sick visit to him. They are the partisans of the Antichrist (Dajjal), and Allah will surely join them with the Antichrist. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4692)
[Machine] We were with the Prophet ﷺ at a funeral. When we reached the grave, the Prophet ﷺ sat on its edge and began to repeat his gaze towards it. Then he said, "The believer is squeezed in it, his ribs are relieved from it and filled with fire upon the disbeliever." Then he said, "Shall I not inform you about the best of Allah's servants?" The humble and weak ones, those who have two sides of their cloak. If he swears by Allah, Allah will fulfill his oath."
"Whenever the Messenger of Allah got up for prayer at night to pray Tahajjud (night optional prayer), he would clean his mouth with the tooth stick." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 286)
When the Prophet ﷺ went to bed, he used to say, "Allahumma bismika ahya wa amut." And when he woke up in the mornings he used to say, "Al-hamdu li l-lahi al-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilaihi-nnushur." (Using translation from Bukhārī 7394)
I heard Hudhayfah b. al-Yamān say: I swear by Allah that I am the most knowledgeable of the people.
"When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ got up at night, he would brush his mouth with the Siwak." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2)
[Machine] I heard Hudhaifa say that the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , narrated to us parables in the amounts of one, three, five, seven, nine, and eleven. He said, "The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , gave us a parable of one of them and left the rest." He said, "There were people who were weak and oppressed, and they were fought and harmed by people who were strong and aggressive. So Allah revealed the people of weakness to them, and they sought help from their enemies, and they became dominant over them, which made Allah angry with them until the day they face Him."
[Machine] I heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: "No, rather you should narrate it, for one of you may narrate it and the other may verify it." He said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: 'A man will be brought forth on the Day of Resurrection and Allah will say: 'Look at his deeds.' So he will say: 'O Lord, what was I doing that was not good, except that I had wealth and I used to mix with people. So whoever was in need, I made things easy for him, and whoever was in hardship, I gave him respite.' Allah will say: 'I am more entitled than him to make things easy for him.' So He will forgive him. He said: 'You have spoken the truth.' I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying this. Then he said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: 'A man will be brought forth on the Day of Resurrection, who said to his family: 'When I die, burn me, then grind me up, then scatter my ashes in a gale-force wind.' So Allah will gather him together on the Day of Resurrection and say to him: 'Why did you do that?' He will say: 'Out of fear of You.' He will say: 'I forgive you.' I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying this.'"
[Machine] "If I had not approached him once or twice, I would not have done this. Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited us from drinking in vessels made of gold or silver, and from wearing silk and brocade. He said, 'These things are for them in this worldly life, and for you in the Hereafter.'"
