"I entered the House with the Messenger of Allah. He sat and praised Allah, and recited the Takbir, and the Tahlil. Then he went to the wall of the House that was in front of him, and placed his chest, cheek and hands on it, then he recited the Takbir, and the Tahlil, and supplicated. And he did that in all the corners, then he came out, and turned to face the Qiblah while he was in front of the door, and he said: 'This is the Qiblah, this is the Qiblah.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2915)

I stood at the door of Paradise and I found that the overwhelming majority of those who entered therein was that of poor persons and the wealthy persons were detained to get into that. The denizens of Hell were commanded to get into Hell, and I stood upon the door of Fire and the majority amongst them who entered there was that of women. (Using translation from Muslim 2736)

12.4 [Machine] Disagreement between Ibn al-Salat and his uncle
Alaqah came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and embraced Islam. He then came back from him and passed some people who had a lunatic fettered in chains. His people said: We are told that your companion has brought some good. Have you something with which you can cure him? I then recited Surat al-Fatihah and he was cured. They gave me one hundred sheep. I then came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and informed him of it. He asked: Is it only this? The narrator, Musaddad, said in his other version: Did you say anything other than this? I said: No. He said: Take it, for by my life, some accept if for a worthless chain, but you have done so for a genuine one. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3896)
We proceeded from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and came to a clan of the Arabs. They said: We have been told that you have brought what is good from this man. Have you any medicine or a charm, for we have a lunatic in chains? We said: Yes. Then they brought a lunatic in chains. He said: I recited Surat al-Fatihah over him for three days, morning and evening. Whenever I finished it, I would collect my saliva and spit it out, and he seemed as if he were set free from a bond. He said: They gave me some payment, but I said: No, not until I ask the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He (the Prophet) said: Accept it, for, by my life, some accept it for a worthless charm, but you have done so for a genuine one. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3901)
12.5 [Machine] Al-Ash'ath ibn Qays al-Kindi.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: He who swears an oath in which he tells a lie to take the property of a Muslim by unfair means, will meet Allah while He is angry with him. Al-Ash'ath said: I swear by Allah, he said this about me. There was some land between me and a Jew, but he denied it to me; so I presented him to the Prophet ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ asked me: Have you any evidence? I replied: No. He said to the Jew: Take an oath. I said: Messenger of Allah, now he will take an oath and take my property. So Allah, the Exalted, revealed the verse, "As for those who sell the faith they owe to Allah and their own plighted word for a small price, they shall have no portion in the hereafter." (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3243)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever does not thank people, does not truly thank Allah."
“I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with a delegation from Kindah, and they thought that I was the best of them. I said: 'O Messenger of Allah ﷺ are you not from among us?' He said: 'We are the tribe of Banu Nadr bin Kinanah, and we do not attribute ourselves to our mother and we do not deny our forefathers.'”He said: “Ash'ath bin Qais used to say: 'If any man is brought to me who suggests that a man from Quraish does not belong to Nadr bin Kinanah, I would carry out the legal punishment (for slander) on him.'” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2612)
[Machine] I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the delegation of Kindah, and he asked me, "Do you have any children?" I said, "Yes, I have a son who was born to me on the way to you, from the daughter of Jammad." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Do not say that, for in them is a delight for the eyes and a reward when they are taken away. And if you were to say that, they would be sad and unfortunate. They would be sad and unfortunate."
[Machine] "Whoever takes an oath of patience to deserve wealth for it, while he is a disobedient person in it, will meet Allah when He is angry with him. And indeed, the truth of his claim is in the Quran, 'Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of Allah and their own oaths for a small price' [Al-Imran 3:77] until the end of the verse. Al-Aswad recited it and said, 'I was informed that this verse was revealed about a man who claimed that he had grazing rights to a specific pasture. So we disputed and went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He asked for witnesses or an oath, so I said, 'Indeed, if he takes an oath, he will be a sinful liar.' The Prophet ﷺ said, 'Whoever takes an oath of patience to deserve wealth for it, will meet Allah when He is angry with him.'"

[Machine] "What is Abu Abdurrahman telling you?" They replied, "He said that Al-Ash'ath is telling the truth. There was a dispute between me and another man in a certain land, so I brought the case to the Prophet ﷺ . He asked me if I had any evidence. I said no. He pointed to his right hand and said, 'Then he should take an oath.' So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Whoever takes an oath falsely to take away the property of a Muslim while he is in possession of it, he will meet Allah while He is angry with him.' Then the verse was revealed, 'Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of Allah and their [own] oaths for a small price...' (Aal Imran 3:77)."
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ who said, "Whoever swears an oath to obtain the wealth of a Muslim while he is lying, he shall meet Allah while being sinful."
[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "Whoever swears a false oath in order to wrongfully take someone's property, or accuses his brother, will meet Allah while He is angry with him. The confirmation of this is revealed in the Quran, 'Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of Allah and their [own] oaths for a small price - for them is no share in the Hereafter' (3:77) until 'a painful punishment' (3:77). Al-Ash'ath then met me and asked, 'What did Abdullah tell you today?' I said to him, 'He mentioned such and such.' Al-Ash'ath said, 'Indeed, it has been revealed about me.'"

Al-Ash'ath said, 'By Allah, I have never heard of anyone from Quraysh who has expelled anyone from the sons of Nadr ibn Kinanah except that I would flog him with the punishment.'"
