[Machine] In his saying, "So whoever hastens [his departure] in two days - there is no sin upon him. And whoever delays [until the third] - there is no sin upon him." He said, "He is forgiven."  

الطبراني:٩٠٢٨ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ

فِي قَوْلِهِ {§فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ فَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ وَمَنْ تَأَخَّرَ فَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ} قَالَ «مَغْفُورٌ لَهُ»

الدارمي:١١٤١ – أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ الْعَنْبِرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ سُئِلَ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ

«يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ»  

darimi:1143 – Muḥammad b. Yūsuf > Sufyān > Hishām

"Regarding the one who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, he said, 'He seeks forgiveness from Allah.'"  

الدارمي:١١٤٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ

فِي الَّذِي يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ «يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ»
