"Whoever drinks Khamr and does not get intoxicated, his Salah will not be accepted so long as any trace of it remains in his belly or his veins, and if he dies he will die a Kafir. If he becomes intoxicated his Salah will not be accepted for 40 nights, and if he dies during them, he will die a Kafir." (Sahih Mawquf)

[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ : "Whoever drinks alcohol and lets it enter his stomach, his prayers will not be accepted from him for seven days. And if he dies while in that state, he dies as disbeliever. And if his mind is distracted from fulfilling any of the obligatory duties, his prayers will not be accepted from him for forty days. And if he dies during that time, he dies as disbeliever."
