[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ : "Whoever drinks alcohol and lets it enter his stomach, his prayers will not be accepted from him for seven days. And if he dies while in that state, he dies as disbeliever. And if his mind is distracted from fulfilling any of the obligatory duties, his prayers will not be accepted from him for forty days. And if he dies during that time, he dies as disbeliever."  

الطبراني:١٣٤٩٢ – حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا وَاصِلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَجَعَلَهَا فِي بَطْنِهِ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ مِنْهُ صَلَاةٌ سَبْعًا وَإِنْ مَاتَ فِيهِ مَاتَ كَافِرًا فَإِنْ أَذْهَلَتْ عَقْلَهُ عَنْ شَيْءٍ مِنَ الْفَرَائِضِ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا وَإِنْ مَاتَ فِيهَا مَاتَ كَافِرًا»

If he was too intoxicated to offer any of the obligatory" - Ibn Adam said: "or recite Qur'an, his Salah will not be accepted for 40 days, and if he dies during them," And Ibn Adam said: "He will die a Kafir."
