nasai-kubra:344 – Muḥammad b. Qudāmah > Jarīr > Muṭarrif > Abū Isḥāq > ʿĀṣim > ʿAlī

The Prophet ﷺ did not offer any (obligatory) prayer but he prayed two rakʿahs after it. (Using translation from Aḥmad 1217)   

الكبرى للنسائي:٣٤٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يُصَلِّي صَلَاةً يُصَلِّي بَعْدَهَا إِلَّا صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ»

ahmad:1227 – ʿAbdullāh > Isḥāq b. Ismāʿīl > Jarīr And Muḥammad b. Fuḍayl b. Ghazwān > Muṭarrif > Abū Isḥāq > ʿĀṣim b. Ḍamrah > ʿAlī

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not offer any prayer after which (nafl) prayer may be offered, but he prayed two rakʿahs after it.
