"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ got distracted and did not pray the two Rak'ahs before 'Asr so he prayed them after 'Asr." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 580)  

الكبرى للنسائي:١٥٧٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ

«شُغِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْعَصْرِ فَصَلَّاهُمَا بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was occupied, so he performed the two units of prayer after Asr.  

أحمد:٢٦٦١٤ – حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ

شُغِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنِ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ فَصَلَّاهُمَا بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ  

tabarani:20375 – ʿUbayd b. Ghannām > Abū Bakr b. Abū Shaybah > Wakīʿ > Ṭalḥah b. Yaḥyá > ʿUbaydullāh b. ʿUtbah > Um Salamah

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was occupied and missed performing the two units (rak'ahs) before Asr prayer, so he performed them after Asr prayer.  

الطبراني:٢٠٣٧٥ – حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُبَيْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُتْبَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ
