51. Companionship of Women
"I did not know until Zainab burst in on me without permission and she was angry. Then she said: 'O Messenger of Allah, is it enough for you that the young daughter of Abu Bakr waves her hands in front of you?' Then she turned to me, but I ignored her until the Prophet said: 'You should say something to defend yourself.' So I turned on her, (and replied to her) until I saw that her mouth had become dry, and she did not say anything back to me. And I saw the Prophet with his face shining." (Hasan). (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1981)
[Machine] "I did not know until Zaynab entered upon me without permission, and she was angry. Then she said, 'It is enough for you that the daughter of Abu Bakr has become a means for you.' Then she approached me, and I turned away from her. The Prophet ﷺ said to me, 'Leave her alone and retaliate.' So, I approached her until I saw her spittle dry on her mouth, but she did not respond to me with anything. I saw the Prophet ﷺ smiling." This narration contradicts the one narrated by Ishaq ibn Yusuf."

[Machine] Aisha visited us one day, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sat between her and me, with one of his legs in my room and the other in her room. So, I made something for her with silk or he said "wool". I said, "Eat it," but she refused. I then said, "Eat it, or I will smear your face." She still refused. So, I took something from the cup and smeared her face with it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ lifted his leg from her room and asked me to give him something from the cup to smear my face with, and he laughed. Then, Umar said, "O Abdullah bin Umar, O Abdullah bin Umar!" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to us, "Get up and wash your faces, for Umar is about to enter."
