“I shall reach the Cistern (Haud) before you, and I will boast of your great numbers before the nations, so do not fight one another after I am gone.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3944)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَلَا إِنِّي فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَإِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمْ فَلَا تَقْتَتِلُنَّ بَعْدِي»
The Prophet ﷺ said, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ
I heard the Prophet, saying, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount. (Al-Kauthar) .
سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ
I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: I shall be there at the Cistern before you.
سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ
“I shall reach the Cistern (Haud) before you, and I will boast of your great numbers before the nations, so do not fight one another after I am gone.’”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَلاَ إِنِّي فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَإِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الأُمَمَ فَلاَ تَقْتَتِلُنَّ بَعْدِي
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, you are today upon a religion, and I am leaving you in abundance of nations, so do not follow after me the ways of the polytheists."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّكُمُ الْيَوْمَ عَلَى دِينٍ وَإِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الْأُمَمَ فَلَا تَمْشُوا بَعْدِي الْقَهْقَرَى
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "I am your forerunner at the Pond."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ».
I heard the Prophet, saying, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount. (Al-Kauthar) . (Using translation from Bukhārī 6589)

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَمُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الْأُمَمَ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ أَوْ قَالَ النَّاسَ فَلَا تَقْتَتِلُنَّ بَعْدِي
"Do not revert to disbelief after me, some of you striking the necks of others."' (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2193)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الْأُمَمَ فَلَا تَرْجِعُنَّ بَعْدِي كُفَّارًا يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ
This tradition has also been transmitted by Sa'd (b. Abi Waqqas) from the Prophet ﷺ in a similar manner through a different chain of narrators. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1470)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I will be your predecessor at the Fountain (of Kauthar)."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ
his father said: I heard Messenger of Allah saying: "There are no two Witr in one night." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 470)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا وِتْرَانِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنِّي فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَإِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الْأُمَمَ فَلَا تَقْتَتِلُنَّ بَعْدِي»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I will be ahead of you at the al-Hawd (the pool of water in Paradise)."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ»

The Prophet ﷺ said, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount, and some of you will be brought in front of me till I will see them and then they will be taken away from me and I will say, 'O Lord, my companions!' It will be said, 'You do not know what they did after you had left.' (Using translation from Bukhārī 6576)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, I will be waiting for you by the Pond."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَلَا إِنِّي فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ»
[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "I am the one who will have extra followers at the pool (in Paradise)."
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «أَنَا الْفَرَطُ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ»
The Prophet ﷺ said, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount, and some of you will be brought in front of me till I will see them and then they will be taken away from me and I will say, 'O Lord, my companions!' It will be said, 'You do not know what they did after you had left.' (Using translation from Bukhārī 6576)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I will be at the Hawd (a pool in paradise) and I will have a large number of followers from among the nations. Therefore, do not turn back as disbelievers after me, striking each other's necks."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَإِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الْأُمَمَ فَلَا تَرْجِعُنَّ بَعْدِي كُفَّارًا يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ»
“I shall reach the Cistern (Haud) before you, and I will boast of your great numbers before the nations, so do not fight one another after I am gone.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3944)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَإِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الْأُمَمَ فَلَا تَقْتَتِلُنَّ بَعْدِي»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily, I will meet you at the Pool (of Kawthar). There will be more of you than the other nations, so do not fight each other after me."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنِّي فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الْأُمَمَ لَا تَقْتَتِلُوا بَعْدِي»
Qays ibn Talq said: Talq ibn Ali visited us on a certain day during Ramadan. He remained with us till evening and broke fast with us. He then stood up and led us in the witr prayer. He then went to his mosque and led them in prayer. When the witr remained, he put forward another man and said: Lead your companions in the witr prayer, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: There are no two witrs during one night. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1439)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا وِتْرَانِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ»
[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "I will be waiting for you at the Pool [of Al-Kawthar] and I will have surpassed other nations in number. So, do not fight one another after me."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَإِنِّي مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الْأُمَمَ؛ فَلَا تَقْتَتِلُوا بَعْدِي»
The Prophet ﷺ said, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount, and some of you will be brought in front of me till I will see them and then they will be taken away from me and I will say, 'O Lord, my companions!' أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَنَا فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Announce the marriage."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَعْلِنُوا النِّكَاحَ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
"إِنَّكم اليومَ على دينى، وإِنى مكاثِرٌ بكم الأُمَمَ، فلا تَمْشُوا بعدِى الْقَهْقَرى".
"أَنا فرطكم على الحوض".
"أَنا فَرَطُكُمْ على الحوض وإِنِّى مكاثر بكم الأُمَمَ فلا تقتتلوا بعدى" .
"أَنا فَرطكمْ عَلَى الْحَوْض، وإِنى مُكَاثرٌ بكمْ الأُمْمَ فَلَا ترْجُعوا بَعْدى كُفَّارًا يَضْربُ بَعْضُكُمْ رقَاب بَعْض" .
