The slave who fled from his master, responsibility with regard to him was absolved.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ

"If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, there is no protection (or immunity) for him."

إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَلاَ ذِمَّةَ لَهُ

"Any slave who runs away from his masters and joins the enemy, he has made it permissible to shed his blood."

أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ مِنْ مَوَالِيهِ وَلَحِقَ بِالْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ أَحَلَّ بِنَفْسِهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When a slave survives, he becomes free from any obligations towards his master."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever mistreats his slaves is a disbeliever."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ مِنْ مَوَالِيهِ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever resides with the polytheists, his protection has been taken away from him."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَقَامَ مَعَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»

[AI] The Prophet said, "The covenant is fulfilled for those who reside with the polytheists in their homes."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «بَرِئَتِ الذِّمَّةُ مِمَّنْ أَقَامَ مَعَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فِي دِيَارِهِمْ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When a slave meets the enemy on the battlefield, his blood has already been shed."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا لَحِقَ الْعَبْدُ بِأَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ»

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "When a servant (Muslim) stays with the enemy, he is considered to have absolved himself from his allegiance"

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى الْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When a servant is sent to the land of the enemy, his protection is lifted from him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "When a slave is discharged, he is relieved of the responsibility and covenant of Allah and His Messenger."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ ذِمَّةُ اللهِ وَرَسُولُهُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When a slave is freed, his obligation is lifted."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَيُّمَا عَبْدٌ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If a slave is released, he is free from the obligation of Allah." However, he did not mention Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ ذِمَّةُ اللهِ» وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ شُبَيْلٍ

[AI] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Mu'adh bin Jabal, "Whoever intentionally abandons prayer, then he has disassociated himself from the covenant of Allah."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِمُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ «مَنْ تَرَكَ الصَّلَاةَ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ ذِمَّةُ اللهِ»

[AI] The Prophet Muhammad, ﷺ , said to Mu'adh bin Jabal, "O Mu'adh bin Jabal, whoever abandons the prayer, his protection (from God) is removed from him."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَهُ «يَا مُعَاذُ بْنَ جَبَلٍ مَنْ تَرَكَ الصَّلَاةَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When you name something, worship it."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا سَمَّيْتُمْ فَعَبِّدُوا»

[AI] And he said, "I have not left it since I saw the Prophet ﷺ doing it."

وَقَالَ مَا تَرَكْتُهُ مُنْذُ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَفْعَلُهُ

[AI] I love the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with his hand to the city and said, "Indeed, it is a sacred and peaceful place."

أَهْوَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ فَقَالَ إِنَّهَا حَرَمٌ آمِنٌ

[AI] I saw the Prophet eating dates while sitting.

رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مُقْعِيًا يَأْكُلُ تَمْرًا

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever remains behind has been released from his obligation."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever resides with the polytheists, his protection is terminated from him."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَقَامَ مَعَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ

"إذا أبق العبدُ فقد بورئت منه ذمةُ الله ورسولهِ"

"أيُّمَا عبْدٍ أبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ".

"أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أبق مِنْ مَوَالِيه فقَدْ كفَر حَتَّى يَرجعَ إِلَيهِم ".

"بَرِئَت الذِّمَّةُ مِمَّنْ أقَام مَعَ المُشْرِكين فِي دِيَارِهم".

"مَنْ أَقَامَ مَعَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَدْ بَرئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ".

"مَنْ مَنَع بِبَاطِلِه حَقًّا فَقَدْ بَرِئَت مِنْه ذِمَّةُ اللهِ وذِمَّةُ رَسُولهِ".
