The slave who fled from his master, responsibility with regard to him was absolved.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ

Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had sexual intercourse and intended to eat or sleep, he performed the ablution of prayer.

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا كَانَ جُنُبًا فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ أَوْ يَنَامَ تَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلاَةِ

'A'isha observed that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to observe prayer in the night and the last of his (night) prayer was Witr.

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي مِنَ اللَّيْلِ حَتَّى يَكُونَ آخِرَ صَلاَتِهِ الْوِتْرُ

"If the Messenger of Allah wanted to eat when he was sexually impure, he would perform ablution." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 591)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَيُّمَا عَبْدٌ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»

[AI] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wiping over his socks and khimar.

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ مَسَحَ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ وَالْخِمَارِ

[AI] She said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform ablution when he was in a state of sexual impurity before going to sleep or eating."

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا كَانَ جُنُبًا فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ أَوْ يَأْكُلَ تَوَضَّأَ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ, when he was in a state of ritual impurity (junub), used to perform ablution (wudu) if he wanted to eat or sleep.

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا كَانَ جُنُبًا فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ أَوْ يَنَامَ تَوَضَّأَ

[AI] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ made a mistake in prayer and performed the two prostrations of forgetfulness. Muslim narrated this in Sahih from Abu Kurayb and others from Abu Muawiya.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سَهَا فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيِ السَّهْوِ وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي كُرَيْبٍ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray at night until the last prayer of his was Witr.

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي مِنَ اللَّيْلِ حَتَّى يَكُونَ آخِرُ صَلَاتِهِ الْوِتْرَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I was granted victory through the wind, and 'Ad were destroyed by the Dabur."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نُصِرْتُ بِالصَّبَا وَأُهْلِكَتْ عَادٌ بِالدَّبُورِ

[AI] And he said, "I have not left it since I saw the Prophet ﷺ doing it."

وَقَالَ مَا تَرَكْتُهُ مُنْذُ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَفْعَلُهُ

[AI] Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: During the Hajj of the Prophet ﷺ , he stayed at Muzdalifah and performed Maghrib and Isha prayers there with Adhan and Iqamah without offering any prayer in between.

عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ فِي حَجِّ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ حَتَّى أَتَى الْمُزْدَلِفَةَ فَصَلَّى بِهَا الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ بِأَذَانٍ وَإِقَامَتَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ بَيْنَهُمَا شَيْئًا

[AI] Jabir reported about the Hajj of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Until when he reached Muzdalifah, he moved a little."

عَنْ جَابِرٍ فِي حَجِّ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ حَتَّى إِذَا أَتَى مُحَسِّرًا حَرَّكَ قَلِيلًا

[AI] I love the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with his hand to the city and said, "Indeed, it is a sacred and peaceful place."

أَهْوَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ فَقَالَ إِنَّهَا حَرَمٌ آمِنٌ

[AI] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to perform ablution when he was in a state of major impurity (junub) before sleeping or eating.

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا كَانَ جُنُبًا فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ أَوْ يَأْكُلَ تَوَضَّأَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The first one does not taste the sweetness until the last one tastes it."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَحِلُّ لِلْأَوَّلِ حَتَّى يَذُوقَ الْآخَرُ عُسَيْلَتَهَا وَتَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever remains behind has been released from his obligation."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever is deprived of gentleness is deprived of goodness."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ يُحْرَمِ الرِّفْقَ يَحْرُمِ الْخَيْرَ
