"If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, there is no protection (or immunity) for him."
إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَلاَ ذِمَّةَ لَهُ
"If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, there is no protection (or immunity) for him."
إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَلاَ ذِمَّةَ لَهُ
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood.'"
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ
The Prophet [SAW] said: "If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ
"Any slave who runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood."
أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ
"Any slave who runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood."
أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When a servant is sent to the land of the enemy, his protection is lifted from him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»
"If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, there is no protection (or immunity) for him." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4051)
