[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When a servant is sent to the land of the enemy, his protection is lifted from him."  

الطبراني:٢٣٤٩ – حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»

nasai:4051 – Aḥmad b. Sulaymān > ʿUbaydullāh b. Mūsá > Isrāʾīl > Mughīrah > al-Shaʿbī > Jarīr b. ʿAbdullāh

"If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, there is no protection (or immunity) for him."

إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَلاَ ذِمَّةَ لَهُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When a slave survives, he becomes free from any obligations towards his master."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When a slave meets the enemy on the battlefield, his blood has already been shed."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا لَحِقَ الْعَبْدُ بِأَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ»

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "When a servant (Muslim) stays with the enemy, he is considered to have absolved himself from his allegiance"

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "When a slave is discharged, he is relieved of the responsibility and covenant of Allah and His Messenger."  

الطبراني:٢٣٥٩ – حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا مُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ الْعَمِّيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ ذِمَّةُ اللهِ وَرَسُولُهُ»  

tabarani:2360 – al-Ḥusayn b. Isḥāq al-Tustarī > ʿUthmān b. Abū Shaybah > Abū Usāmah > Mujālid > al-Shaʿbī > Jarīr

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When a slave is freed, his obligation is lifted."  

الطبراني:٢٣٦٠ – حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»  

tabarani:2482 – Abū Khalīfah > Ibrāhīm b. Bashhār al-Ramādī > Sufyān > ʿAmr b. Dīnār > Ḥabīb b. Abū Thābit > Jarīr b. ʿAbdullāh

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If a slave is released, he is free from the obligation of Allah." However, he did not mention Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah.  

الطبراني:٢٤٨٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ ذِمَّةُ اللهِ» وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ شُبَيْلٍ
