[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When a slave meets the enemy on the battlefield, his blood has already been shed."  

الطبراني:٢٣٤٤ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَسْرُوقِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ الْأَوْدِيُّ ثنا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرُّوَاسِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا لَحِقَ الْعَبْدُ بِأَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ»

The Prophet [SAW] said: "If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood."

The Prophet [SAW] said: "If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4053)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»
