عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "When a servant (Muslim) stays with the enemy, he is considered to have absolved himself from his allegiance"
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى الْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "When a slave is discharged, he is relieved of the responsibility and covenant of Allah and His Messenger."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ ذِمَّةُ اللهِ وَرَسُولُهُ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَيُّمَا عَبْدٌ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever remains behind has been released from his obligation."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ
"أيُّمَا عبْدٍ أبَقَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ".
"إذا أبق العبدُ فقد بورئت منه ذمةُ الله ورسولهِ"
