After death, you will be with the one you loved in this world

that a man came to the Prophet ﷺ while he was delivering a speech and said: O Messenger of Allah when will be the ˹Last˺ Hour? He said, "What have you prepared for the Hour?" He said: ˹I have prepared the˺ love of Allah and His Messenger. He said, "You will be with the one you loved."  

أحمد:١٣٠٩٢ – حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ خُنَيْسٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُمْ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ فَقَالَ: «وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لِلسَّاعَةِ؟» قَالَ: حُبَّ اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ۔ قَالَ: «أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ۔»

[Machine] An Arab man came to the Prophet ﷺ and asked, "When is the Hour (Day of Judgment)?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "What have you prepared for it?" The man said, "The love of Allah and His Messenger." The Prophet ﷺ said, "You will be with those whom you love."

[Machine] A man or a Bedouin came to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and asked: "O Messenger of Allah, when is the Hour (i.e., the Day of Judgment)?" The Prophet responded: "What have you prepared for it?" The man replied: "I have not prepared much except that I love Allah and His Messenger." The Prophet then said: "You will be with those whom you love." Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I have never seen the Muslims rejoicing over anything after accepting Islam more than they rejoiced on that day."  

أحمد:١٢٨٢٣ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ أَوْ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ قَالَ وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا إِلَّا أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَالَ أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَمَا رَأَيْتُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَرِحُوا بِشَيْءٍ بَعْدَ الْإِسْلَامِ أَشَدَّ مَا فَرِحُوا يَوْمَئِذٍ

الطبراني:٣٢٨٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ خَالِدِ بْنِ حِبَّانَ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ الْعَبْدَانِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي صَخْرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ النَّضْرِ عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ قَالَ
