A man asked the Prophet ﷺ "When will the Hour be established O Messenger of Allah ﷺ?" The Prophet ﷺ . said, "What have you prepared for it?" The man said, " I haven't prepared for it much of prayers or fast or alms, but I love Allah and His Apostle." The Prophet ﷺ said, "You will be with those whom you love."

أَنَّ رَجُلاً سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَتَّى السَّاعَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا مِنْ كَثِيرِ صَلاَةٍ وَلاَ صَوْمٍ وَلاَ صَدَقَةٍ وَلَكِنِّي أُحِبُّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ

When would be the Last Hour? Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: What preparation have you made for that? Thereupon he said: The love of Allah and of His Messenger (that is my preparation for the Last Hour) (for the Day of Resurrection). Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: You would be along with one whom you love.

لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ قَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا قَالَ حُبَّ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ قَالَ أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ

[Machine] A man from the Bedouins came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, when is the Hour (i.e., the Day of Judgment)?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "What have you prepared for it?" The Bedouin said, "I have not prepared much for it, except that I love Allah and His Messenger." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said to him, "Indeed, you will be with those whom you love."

أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْأَعْرَابِ أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ فَقَالَ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا مِنْ كَبِيرٍ أَحْمَدُ عَلَيْهِ نَفْسِي إِلَّا أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَإِنَّكَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ

[Machine] A man asked the Prophet ﷺ about the Hour (Day of Judgment). He said, "What have you prepared for it?" The man replied, "I have not prepared anything for it, except that I love Allah and His Messenger." The Prophet ﷺ said, "A person will be with those whom he loves." Sufyan (a companion) then said, "Once again, are you going to be with those whom you love?"

أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ فَقَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا كَبِيرَ شَيْءٍ وَلَكِنِّي أُحِبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ

[Machine] A man asked the Prophet, ﷺ , "When is the Hour?" The Prophet replied, "What have you prepared for it?" The man said, "I have not prepared for it with many prayers, fasting, or charity, but I do love Allah and His Messenger." The Prophet then said, "You will be with whom you love."

أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ فَقَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ فَقَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا مِنْ كَثِيرِ صَلَاةٍ وَلَا صَوْمٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةٍ إِلَّا أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَالَ فَأَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ

[Machine] An Arab man came to the Prophet ﷺ and asked, "When is the Hour (Day of Judgment)?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "What have you prepared for it?" The man said, "The love of Allah and His Messenger." The Prophet ﷺ said, "You will be with those whom you love."

جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ قَالَ حُبَّ اللهِوَرَسُولِهِ قَالَ أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ

[Machine] A man or a Bedouin came to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and asked: "O Messenger of Allah, when is the Hour (i.e., the Day of Judgment)?" The Prophet responded: "What have you prepared for it?" The man replied: "I have not prepared much except that I love Allah and His Messenger." The Prophet then said: "You will be with those whom you love." Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I have never seen the Muslims rejoicing over anything after accepting Islam more than they rejoiced on that day."

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ أَوْ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ قَالَ وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا إِلَّا أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَالَ أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَمَا رَأَيْتُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَرِحُوا بِشَيْءٍ بَعْدَ الْإِسْلَامِ أَشَدَّ مَا فَرِحُوا يَوْمَئِذٍ

When would be the Last Hour? Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: What preparation have you made for that? Thereupon he said: The love of Allah and of His Messenger (that is my preparation for the Last Hour) (for the Day of Resurrection). يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ قَالَ مَا قَدَّمْتَ لَهَا؟ قَالَ حُبَّ اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ قَالَ أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ

that a man came to the Prophet ﷺ while he was delivering a speech and said: O Messenger of Allah when will be the ˹Last˺ Hour? He said, "What have you prepared for the Hour?" He said: ˹I have prepared the˺ love of Allah and His Messenger. He said, "You will be with the one you loved."

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ فَقَالَ: «وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لِلسَّاعَةِ؟» قَالَ: حُبَّ اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ۔ قَالَ: «أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ۔»

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ walked until he reached a mosque nearby. A sheikh or a man approached him and said, "When is the hour, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "What have you prepared for it?" The man said, "By the One who sent you with the truth, I have not prepared a lot of prayers or fasting for it, but I love Allah and His Messenger." He replied, "Then you will be with those whom you love."

أَقْبَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَمْشِي حَتَّى انْتَهَى إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ قَرِيبًا مِنْهُ قَالَ أَتَاهُ شَيْخٌ أَوْ رَجُلٌ قَالَ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا مِنْ كَثِيرِ صَلَاةٍ وَلَا صِيَامٍ وَلَكِنِّي أُحِبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ فَأَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْأَحْبَبْتَ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ فَقَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا مِنْ كَثِيرِ صِيَامٍ وَلَا صَلَاةٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةٍ وَلَكِنِّي أُحِبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ

[Machine] I was with the Prophet ﷺ in his house when a man asked him, "When is the Hour, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "Do you have any preparations for it?" The man said, "By Allah, I haven't prepared much for it in terms of great deeds, but I love Allah and His Messenger." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Verily, you will be with those whom you love, and you will have what you anticipate."

كُنْتُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي بَيْتِهِ فَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ أَمَا إِنَّهَا قَائِمَةٌ فَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ قَالَ وَاللهِ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا مِنْ كَبِيرِ عَمَلٍ إِلَّا أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ فَإِنَّكَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ وَلَكَ مَا احْتَسَبْتَ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was walking until he reached the mosque or was close to it. A man or an old man approached him and said, "When is the hour, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "And what have you prepared for it?" The man said, "By the One who sent you with the truth, I have not prepared much prayer or fasting for it, but I love Allah and His Messenger." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "You will be with those you love."

أَقْبَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَمْشِي حَتَّى انْتَهَى إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ أَوْ قَرِيبًا مِنْهُ أَتَاهُ شَيْخٌ أَوْ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ قَالَ الرَّجُلُ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا مِنْ كَثِيرِ عَمَلٍ صَلَاةٍ وَلَا صِيَامٍ وَلَكِنِّي أَحَبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ

[Machine] An Arab came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "When is the Hour?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "What have you prepared for it?" The man said, "The love of Allah and His Messenger." The Prophet ﷺ said, "You will be with those whom you love."

[Machine] "Oh Prophet of Allah, when is the Hour?" He said, "Surely, it is near. What have you prepared for it?" He said, "I have not prepared much except that I love Allah and His Messenger." The Messenger of Allahﷺ said, "Indeed, you will be with whom you love, and you will have what you intend."

يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ قَالَ «أَمَا إِنَّهَا قَائِمَةٌ فَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ » قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا كَثِيرَ عَمَلٍ إِلَّا أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «فَإِنَّكَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ وَلَكَ مَا احْتَسَبْتَ»

[Machine] A Bedouin asked the Prophet ﷺ a question, and they were more deserving of asking him than anyone else. He said, "O Messenger of Allah, when will the Hour (Day of Judgment) be?" He replied, "What have you prepared for it?" He said, "I have not prepared for it except that I love Allah and His Messenger." The Prophet ﷺ said, "You will be with those whom you love." Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I have never seen the Muslims rejoicing over anything after Islam more than they rejoiced over his statement."

أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَكَانُوا هُمْ أَجْدَرَ أَنْ يَسْأَلُوهُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ قَالَ «وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ » قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا إِلَّا أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ «فَإِنَّكَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ» قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَمَا رَأَيْتُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَرِحُوا بِشَيْءٍ بَعْدَ الْإِسْلَامِ أَشَدَّ مِنْ فَرَحِهِمْ بِقَوْلِهِ

[Machine] A man asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about the Hour (i.e., the Day of Judgment). The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, replied, "What have you prepared for it?" The man said, "I have not prepared much except that I love Allah and His Messenger." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "You will be with those whom you love."

سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ فَقَالَ «مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟» قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا كَبِيرًا إِلَّا أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ «فَأَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ»

Anas reported that a man asked the Prophet ﷺ "Prophet of Allah, when will the Final Hour come?" He said, "Have you not made preparation for it?" He replied, " I am not prepared for a terrible event , but I love Allah and His Messenger." He said, "A man is with the one he loves."

أَنَّ رَجُلاً سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ فَقَالَ وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ مِنْ كَبِيرٍ إِلاَّ أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَالَ الْمَرْءُ مَعَ مَنْ أَحَبَّ

عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا فَقَالَ لَا وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا مِنْ كَبِيرِ صَلَاةٍ وَلَا صِيَامٍ إِلَّا إِنِّي أُحِبُّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ فَأَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ قَالَ فَوَثَبَ الشَّيْخُ فَبَالَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَعُوهُ فَعَسَى أَنْ يَكُونَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وَصَبَّ عَلَى بَوْلِهِ مَاءً

صَلَّى اللَّهِ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم مَتَى السَّاعَةُ قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا قَالَ حُبَّ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ قَالَ فَأَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَوَلا نَعْلَمُ رَوَى كَثِيرُ بْنُ خُنَيْسٍ عَن أَنَسٍ إلاَّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ

صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم عَن السَّاعَةِ فَقَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا فَذَكَرَ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يُعِدَّ لَهَا كَبِيرَ عَمَلٍ إلاَّ أَنَّهُ يَقُولُ أُحِبُّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ أَنْتَ مَعَ من أحببت

اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فقال يارسول اللَّهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ قَالَ وَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا إلاَّ أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فَإِنَّكَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ فَمَا رأيت المسلمين فرحوا بشيء بعد إسلامهم أَشَدَّ فَرَحًا مِنْهُمْ بِقَوْلِهِ

"إِنَّك مع من أَحْبَبْتَ".

قاله ﷺ لأعرابى سأَله: متى الساعة؟ فقال: ما أَعددت لها، قال غيرَ كثير. إِلا أَنِّى أُحِبُّ اللَّه ورسوله.

"سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ، فَقَالَ: مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا كَثِيرًا إلَّا أَنى أُحِبُّ الله وَرَسُولَهُ، قَالَ: فَأَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أحْبَبْتَ".
