The Prophet ﷺ established the right of Shu'fa (i.e. Preemption) in joint properties; but when the land is divided and the ways are demarcated, then there is no pre-emption.  

إِنَّمَا جَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ الشُّفْعَةَ فِي كُلِّ مَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِّفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ  

The Prophet ﷺ said, "The right of preemption is valid in every joint property, but when the land is divided and the way is demarcated, then there is no right of pre-emption."  

قَضَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي كُلِّ مَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِّفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ  

Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave preemption (to the partner) in every joint property, but if the boundaries of the property were demarcated or the ways and streets were fixed, then there was no pre-emption.  

عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الشُّفْعَةَ فِي كُلِّ مَالٍ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِّفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ  

Messenger of Allah ﷺ decided the validity of preemption in every joint undivided property, but if the boundaries were well marked or the ways and streets were fixed, then there was no pre-emption.  

قَضَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي كُلِّ مَالٍ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِّفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ  

Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave a verdict regarding Shuf'a in every undivided joint thing (property). But if the limits are defined (or demarcated) or the ways and streets are fixed, then there is no pre-emption.  

قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي كُلِّ مَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِّفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ  

"Pre-emption takes effect in all cases where land has not been divided. But if the boundaries have been sent, and the roads lay out, then there is no pre-emption."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الشُّفْعَةُ فِي كُلِّ مَالٍ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَعُرِفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ  

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ decreed the right to buy the neighboring property applicable to everything which is not divided, but when boundaries are fixed and separate roads made, there is no option.

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ he said, "When the limits (of punishment) are applied, there is no intercession."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ»  

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ decreed the right to buy the neighboring property applicable to everything which is not divided, but when boundaries are fixed and separate roads made, there is no option. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3514)  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الشُّفْعَةُ فِي كُلِّ مَالٍ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When the punishments are imposed, there is no intercession."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ  

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When the boundaries are defined and the streets are fixed, then there is no preemption." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1370)   

"إِذَا وقعت الحدودُ، وصُرِّفت الطُّرقُ فلا شُفْعَةَ".  

"قَضَى بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي كُلِّ مَا لَمْ يُقسَمْ، فَإِذَا وَقَعَت الْحُدُودُ وَصُرفَتْ الطُّرُقُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ".  

"الشُّفْعَةُ فِيما لَمْ يُقْسَمْ، فإِذَا وَقَعَتْ الحُدُودُ وصُرِّفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلا شُفَعَةَ" .  

" عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: إِنَّمَا جَعَلَ رَسُول الله ﷺ الشُّفْعَةَ فِى كلِّ مَا لمَ يُقْسَمْ، فَإِذَا وَقَعتِ الْحُدُودُ، وَصُرِّفَتْ الطُّرُقُ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ ".
