[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When the punishments are imposed, there is no intercession."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When the punishments are imposed, there is no intercession."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ
that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When the boundaries are defined and the streets are fixed, then there is no preemption."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَصُرِّفَتِ الطُّرُقُ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ he said, "When the limits (of punishment) are applied, there is no intercession."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ»
Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave a verdict regarding Shuf'a in every undivided joint thing (property). But if the limits are defined (or demarcated) or the ways and streets are fixed, then there is no pre-emption. (Using translation from Bukhārī 2257)

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When the boundaries are defined and the streets are fixed, then there is no preemption." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1370)
"إِذَا وقعت الحدودُ، وصُرِّفت الطُّرقُ فلا شُفْعَةَ".
" عن عثمان قال: لا مُكَايَلةَ، إذا وَقَعَتِ الحدودُ فلا شُفْعَةَ ".
