from his father who said: "Zaid bin Thabit left to go to Marwan during the middle of the day. We said: 'He did not send for him [during] this hour except to ask him about something.' So we got up to ask him, and he said: 'Yes, he asked us about something we heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: "May Allah gladden a man who hears a Hadith from us, so he memorizes it until he conveys it to someone else. Blessing for preserving and conveying knowledge, and three traits of a sincere Muslim heart
from the Prophet ﷺ who said: "May Allah brighten ˹the face of˺ a man who hears a saying of mine, so he internalizes it, remembers it, and conveys it ˹to others˺. Perhaps he carries ˹its˺ understanding to the one who has more understanding than him. There are three ˹qualities˺ that will not cause rancor in the heart of a Muslim toward ˹others˺: (1) sincerity in the deeds for ˹the sake of˺ Allah, (2) giving sincere advice to the leaders / religious authority of the Muslims, and (3) staying involved within their community for their dua guards them from behind them."
The Messenger of Allah said: "May Allah cause his face to shine, the man who hears what I say and conveys it (to others). There are those who have knowledge but no understanding, and there may be those who convey knowledge to those who have more understanding of it than they do.' " (One of the narrators) 'Ali bin Muhammed added to it: "There are three things because of which hatred does not enter the heart of a Muslim: Sincerity in doing an action for the sake of Allah; being sincere towards the rulers of the Muslims; and adhering to the Jama'ah (main body of the Muslims."

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while giving a sermon to the people, saying, "May Allah brighten the face of a servant who hears my speech, memorizes it, and conveys it to someone who has not heard it. Perhaps there may be a person who understands it better than the one who conveys it. There are three things that do not put a strain on the believer's heart: sincerity of action, obedience to those in authority, and sticking to the community. For their call comes from behind them (i.e., their leaders), and Ibn Ishaq said: 'Amr ibn Abi Amr, the freed slave of Al-Muttalib, narrated to me from Abdul Rahman ibn Al-Huwairith, from Muhammad ibn Jubayr ibn Muta'im, from his father, a narration similar to Ibn Shihab's narration, with no addition or omission.

[AI] I heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that he said, "May Allah brighten the face of a person who hears from us a hadith and memorizes it until he conveys it to others, for many carriers of knowledge are not knowledgeable themselves, and many carriers of knowledge pass it on to others who are more knowledgeable than them. There are three qualities that a Muslim's heart should never be deprived of: sincerity in actions for the sake of Allah, advising the rulers, and remaining in the congregation. Indeed, their supplication encompasses those behind them. He also said, "Whoever's main concern is the Hereafter, Allah will bring together his affairs, make contentment in his heart, and the world will come to him while he is in need. And whoever's intention is the world, Allah will scatter his affairs, make poverty between his eyes, and he will only receive from the world what was destined for him." We also asked about the middle prayer, which is the Dhuhr prayer.

There are those who have knowledge but no understanding, and there may be those who convey knowledge to those who may have more understanding of it than they do.'" (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 236)
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed with us in the Mosque of Al-Khayf, and he said, "There are three things that do not cause the heart of a believer to be biased: sincerity of actions, advising the Muslim leaders, and adhering to their congregation. For their supplication encompasses those behind them."
I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: May Allah brighten a man who hears a tradition from us, gets it by heart and passes it on to others. Many a bearer of knowledge conveys it to one who is more versed than he is; and many a bearer of knowledge is not versed in it. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3660)
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up in Khaif in Mina, and said: ‘May Allah make his face shine, the man who hears my words and conveys them. It may be that the bearer of knowledge does not understand it, and it may be that he takes it to one who will understand it more than he does. There are three things in which the heart of the believer does not betray: sincerity of action for the sake of Allah, offering sincere advice to the rulers of the Muslims, and adhering to the Jama’ah (main body of the Muslims). Their supplication is answered (i.e. encompassing every good, and all of the people).” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3056)
"May Allah brighten ˹the face˺ of a man who hears a saying of mine and he does not add to it. There are three ˹qualities˺ that will not cause rancor in the heart of a Muslim ˹toward others˺: (1) sincerity in the deeds for ˹the sake of˺ Allah, (2) giving sincere advice to the leaders / religious authority of the Muslims, and (3) staying involved within their community for the call is protected from behind them."

[AI] Here is the translated passage in English:
"On the authority of Ubayy ibn Ka'b, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'There are three things upon which the heart of a Muslim does not harbor any malice: sincerity in actions for Allah, adherence to the community (of Muslims), and offering sincere advice to those in authority.' He also said: 'Their supplication comes from behind them.'"
Note: The phrase (*) "يَأتِى مِنْ وَرَائهِ" can have various interpretations based on context; it often means "their prayers follow them" or "their supplications support them" depending on the broader context of the hadith.
