[AI] "Indeed, the Prophet (PBUH) said: Whoever drinks wine, then flog him; and whoever drinks a second time, then flog him; and if he drinks a third time, then flog him; and if he drinks a fourth time, then kill him."

"عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ : مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ، فَاقْتُلُوهُ".

"عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أنَّ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ قَالَ: مَنْ شَرِبَ الخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فِى الرَّابِعَةِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ".

"عَنْ الحَسَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ عَمْرو أَنَّ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ قَالَ: مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فاجْلدُوهُ، فَإِنْ شربَهَا فَاجْلدُوهُ فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاجْلدُوهُ، حَتَّى كان عِنْدَ الرابعَة، قالَ: فَاقْتلُوهُ".

"عَنْ شَهْر بْن حَوْشَب عَنْ عَبْد الله بْنِ عَمْرو أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ قَالَ: مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ شَرِبهَا فَاجْلدُوهُ فَإِنْ شَرِبهَا فَاجْلدُوهُ، فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاقْتُلُوهُ عِنْدَ الرَّابِعَةِ".
