[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever drinks alcohol, flog him. If he repeats it again, flog him. If he repeats it again, flog him. If he repeats it again, kill him." Waki' said in his narration, "Abdullah said, 'Bring me a man who has consumed alcohol four times, and it is permissible for me to kill him.'"

[Machine] As for the narration from the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ regarding alcohol, it is reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever drinks alcohol, then flog him, and if he repeats it, then flog him, and if he repeats it again, then flog him. If he does it for the fourth time, then kill him."  

الحاكم:٨١٢٢ –

وَأَمَّا حَدِيثُ النَّضْرِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»

Abdullah bin Amr used to say, 'Bring me a man who has drunk wine three times, for I will surely strike his neck.'"  

الطبراني:١٣٦٦٩ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ رَاهَوَيْهِ قَالَ ثنا أَبِي قَالَ ثنا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا قُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو
