سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِذَا شَرِبَ الرَّجُلُ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»
[AI] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , "Whoever drinks alcoholic beverages, flog him." He repeated this three times and then said, "If they drink it for the fourth time, kill them."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ» قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا «فَإِذَا شَرِبُوا الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ»
[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever drinks alcohol, then flog him. If he repeats it, then flog him. If he repeats it again, then flog him. And if he repeats it for the fourth time, then strike his neck."
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثَلَاثًا فَإِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاضْرِبُوا عُنُقَهُ»
[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: "Whoever drinks wine, flog him; if he repeats it, flog him; and if he does it again, flog him. If he repeats it for the fourth time, then kill him."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ رَبَّعَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ وَذَكَرَ كَلِمَةً مَعْنَاهَا فَاقْتُلُوهُ» خَالَفَهُ عَاصِمُ بْنُ بَهْدَلَةَ
“If he gets drunk, then whip him. If he does it again, then whip him. If he does it again, then whip him.' And he said concerning the fourth time: 'If he does it again, then strike his neck (i.e., execute him).' ” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2572)

«إِذَا شَرِبَ الرَّجُلُ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ» فَأُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِرَجُلٍ مِنَّا فَلَمْ يَقْتُلْهُ
The Prophet ﷺ said: If he is intoxicated, flog him; again if he is intoxicated, flog him; again if he is intoxicated, flog him if he does it again a fourth time, kill him. Abu Dawud said: And there is a similar tradition of Umar ibn AbuSalamah, from his father, on the authority of AbuHurayrah, from the Prophet ﷺ: If he drinks wine, flog him if he does it so again, a fourth time, kill him. Abu Dawud said: And there is similar tradition of Suhail from Abu Salih on the authority of Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet ﷺ: It they drink a fourth time, kill them. And there is similar tradition of Ibn Abi Nu'm on the authority of Ibn 'Umar from Prophet ﷺ. There is also similar tradition of 'Abd Allah b. 'Amr from the Prophet ﷺ, and from Sharid from the Prophet ﷺ. And in the tradition of al-Jadli from Mu'awiyah, the Prophet ﷺ said: If he does so again third or fourth time, kill him. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4484)
"إِذا سَكِرَ فاجْلدُوه ثم إن سَكِرَ فاجلدوه (ثُمّ إِنْ سَكِر فاجلدوه) فإِنْ عادَ الرابعةَ فاقْتلُوه".
"إذا شَرَبَ الخمرَ فاجلدوه، ثم إذا شرب فاجلدوه، ثمَّ إذا شربَ الرابعة فاضربوا عنقه".
The Prophet ﷺ said: If they (the people) drink wine, flog them, again if they drink it, flog them. Again if they drink it, kill them. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4482)
"إِذَا شَربُوا الخمْرَ فاجِلدُوهُم، ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبوها فاجلدُوهُمْ ثمَّ إِنْ شربُوها فاجلدوهم، ثم إِنْ شربوها فاقْتُلُوهم".
