The Prophet ﷺ said: If they (the people) drink wine, flog them, again if they drink it, flog them. Again if they drink it, kill them. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4482)
"إِذَا شَربُوا الخمْرَ فاجِلدُوهُم، ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبوها فاجلدُوهُمْ ثمَّ إِنْ شربُوها فاجلدوهم، ثم إِنْ شربوها فاقْتُلُوهم".
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'Whoever drinks Khamr, whip him; then if he drinks (again), whip him; then if he drinks (again), whip him; then if he drinks (again), kill him.'"
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ

[Machine] "Regarding the Prophet ﷺ who said, 'Whoever drinks alcohol, flog him. If he drinks it again, flog him. If he drinks it again, flog him.' When asked about the fifth or fourth time, he said, 'Kill him.'"
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَقَالَ فِيالْخَامِسَةِ أَوِ الرَّابِعَةِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ
[Machine] "Indeed, the Prophet (PBUH) said: Whoever drinks wine, then flog him; and whoever drinks a second time, then flog him; and if he drinks a third time, then flog him; and if he drinks a fourth time, then kill him."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ شَرِبَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»
[Machine] From Thakwan, from Abu Salih, he praised him and attributed good to him, from Muawiyah, from the Prophet ﷺ who said, "If they drink alcohol, whip them. And if they drink again, whip them. And if they drink again, whip them. And if they drink for the fourth time, kill them." Sahih.
عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ أَبِي صَالِحٍ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ خَيْرًا عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنْ شَرِبُوا الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبُوا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبُوا الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ» صحيح
[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ said regarding alcohol: 'If they drink it, then flog them. If they drink it again, then flog them. If they drink it again, then flog them. And if they drink it again, then kill them on the fourth occasion.' Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in his summary."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الْخَمْرِ «إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ عِنْدَ الرَّابِعَةِ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
“If they drink (again), then whip them. If they drink (again), then whip them. If they drink (again), then whip them. If they drink (again), then kill them.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2573)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ»
[Machine] On the authority of Shurahbil ibn Aws al-Kindi, who was one of the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If a person drinks alcohol, then whip him. If he drinks it a second time, then whip him. If he drinks it a third time, then whip him. If he drinks it a fourth time, then kill him."
عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ الْكِنْدِيِّ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا الثَّانِيَةَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا الثَّالِثَةَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»
