"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me: 'You should recite Subhan-Allah, wal-Hamdu-Lillah, wa la ilahah illallah, wa Allahu Akbar (Glory is to Allah, praise is to Allah, none has the right to be worshiped but Allah, and Allah is the Most Great), for it sheds sins like the tree sheds its leaves.'"

لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَلَيْكَ بِسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ فَإِنَّهَا يَعْنِي يَحْطُطْنَ الْخَطَايَا كَمَا تَحُطُّ الشَّجَرَةُ وَرَقَهَا

[AI] Four phrases that can be said by someone in a state of ritual impurity (junub) or menstruation (haidh): "SubhanAllah" (Glory be to Allah), "Alhamdulillah" (All praise is due to Allah), "La ilaha illallah" (There is no deity but Allah), and "Allahu Akbar" (Allah is the Greatest).

أَرْبَعٌ لَا يَحْرُمْنَ عَلَى جُنُبٍ وَلَا حَائِضٍ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

[AI] I heard the messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever says, 'There is no god but Allah and Allah is the Greatest, all praise is due to Allah, and glory be to Allah, and there is no power or strength except with Allah', his sins will be forgiven even if they are as much as the foam of the sea."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِوَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ كُفِّرَتْ ذُنُوبُهُ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ مِثْلَ زَبَدِ الْبَحْرِ

Yahya related to me from Malik that Umara ibn Sayyad had heard Said ibn al Musayyab say about abiding good deeds that they were a slave's saying 'Allah is greater' (Allahu akbar) and 'Glory be to Allah' (Subahana'llah) and 'Praise be to Allah' (al-hamdu lillah) and 'There is no god but Allah and there is no power and no strength except by Allah.' (La ilaha illa'llah wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa bi'llah.)

يَقُولُ فِي الْبَاقِيَاتِ الصَّالِحَاتِ إِنَّهَا قَوْلُ الْعَبْدِ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ

[AI] He heard the Prophet ﷺ saying: Whoever says "Subhanallah (Glory be to Allah), Alhamdulillah (All praise be to Allah), La ilaha illa Allah (There is no god except Allah), Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest), and there is no power or strength except with Allah," Allah says: "My servant has submitted and surrendered."

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ قَالَ اللَّهُ أَسْلَمَ عَبْدِي وَاسْتَسْلَمَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Seize your paradise." We asked, "O Messenger of Allah, from an enemy that has arrived?" He said, "No, your paradise from the Fire. Say, 'Glory be to Allah, praise be to Allah, there is no god but Allah, Allah is the greatest.' For indeed, they will come on the Day of Resurrection as saviors and precedents, and they are the lasting good deeds."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «خُذُوا جُنَّتَكُمْ» قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مِنْ عَدُوٍّ قَدْ حَضَرَ؟ قَالَ لَا جُنَّتَكُمْ مِنَ النَّارِ قُولُوا سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ فَإِنَّهَا يَأْتِينَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُنْجِيَاتٍ وَمُقَدَّمَاتٍ وَهُنَّ الْبَاقِيَاتُ الصَّالِحَاتُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Take your gardens." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, from an enemy that is present?" He said, "No, but your gardens are from the Fire, the saying of Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah), Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah), La ilaha illa Allah (There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah), and Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest). Indeed, they will come on the Day of Resurrection as pieces of shaded protection and supporters. They are the enduring righteous deeds." 10618 On the authority of Ibrahim ibn Sa'id, on the authority of Zaid ibn Al-Hubab, on the authority of Mansur ibn Salamah Al-Hudhali, on the authority of Hakim ibn Muhammad ibn Qais ibn Makhrama Al-Zuhri, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Hurairah who said, "We were with the Prophet ﷺ when he said, 'Take your gardens.'" We said, "From a present enemy?" This is the end of the hadith.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «خُذُوا جُنَّتَكُمْ» قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَمِنْ عَدُوٍّ قَدْ حَضَرَ؟ قَالَ لَا وَلَكِنْ جُنَّتُكُمْ مِنَ النَّارِ قَوْلُ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ فَإِنَّهُنَّ يَأْتِينَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُجَنِّبَاتٍ وَمُعَقِّبَاتٍ وَهُنَّ الْبَاقِيَاتُ الصَّالِحَاتُ 10618 عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ الْحُبَابِ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ الْهُذَلِيِّ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ كُنَّا حَوْلَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «خُذُوا جُنَّتَكُمْ» قُلْنَا مِنْ عَدُوٍّ حَاضِرٍ؟ الْحَدِيثُ

"أكْثِروا من قَوْل: سُبْحَانَ اللهِ، والحمدُ للهِ، ولا إِلَه إلا اللهُ، واللهُ أكبَرُ، ولا حولَ ولا قُوَّةَ إلا باللهِ؛ فإِنَّهُنَّ من الباقياتِ الصَّالِحَات، وهُنَّ يَحْطُطنَ الخَطَايا، كما تَحُطُّ الشَجَرةُ وَرَقَهَا، وهُنَّ من كنُوزِ الجنَّةِ".

"إِنَّ قَوْلَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، واللَّهُ أكْبرُ، والحمد للَّهِ، وسبحان اللَّه يحط الخطايا كما يُحَطُّ وَرَقُ هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ، خُذْهُنَّ يَا أبَا الدَّرْدَاء قبْلَ أنْ يُحَالَ بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَهُنَّ، فَإِنَّهُنَّ الباقياتُ الصَّالِحَات وَهُنَّ مِنْ كُنُوزِ الجَنَّةِ".

"إِنَّ قَوْلَ لَا إِلهَ إِلا اللَّهُ، وسبحان اللَّه، والحمدُ للَّهِ، واللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ يَحْطُطْنَ الخطايا كما يَتحَاتٌ وَرَقُ هَذِهِ الشجَرةِ".

"تدْرُونَ مَا البَاقِيَاتُ الصَّالِحَاتُ؟ سُبحَانَ اللهِ، وَالحَمْدُ للهِ، وَلَا إِله إِلَّا اللهُ، وَاللهُ أكبَرُ، وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا باللهِ".

[AI] "Take them before you are separated from them, the enduring good deeds, for they are treasures of Paradise: Glory be to Allah, all praise is due to Allah, there is no deity but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest."

"خُذْهُنَّ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحَال بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنهُنَّ، البَاقِيَاتُ الصَّالِحَاتُ فَإِنَّهُن من كنوز الجَنَّةِ: سُبحانَ اللَّه والحمدُ للَّه، ولا إِلهَ إِلا اللَّه، واللَّه أَكبرُ".

"عَلَيكَ بِسُبحَانَ اللهِ، والْحَمدُ للهِ ولا إِلَهَ إلا اللهُ، واللهُ أَكْبَرُ، فإِنَّهُنَّ يَحْطُطْنَ الْخَطَايَا كَمَا تَحُطُّ الشَّجَرَةُ وَرَقَهَا".

"عَلَيكمْ بِهَذِهِ الْخَمس: سُبْحَان الله، والْحَمَد للهِ، ولا إِلَهَ إلَّا اللهُ، واللهُ أَكْبَرُ، ولا حَوْلَ ولا قُوَّة إلا باللهِ".

"قلْ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَالْحَمْدُ للهِ، وَلَا إِلهَ إِلَّا الله، وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ، فَإِنَّهُنَّ الْبَاقيَاتُ الصَّالِحَاتُ، وَهُن يَحْطُطْنَ الْخَطَايَا كَمَا تَحُطُّ الشَّجَرَةُ وَرَقَهَا، وَهُنَّ مِنْ كُنُوزِ الْجَنَّةِ".

"مَنْ قَال: سُبْحَانَ اللهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ للهِ، وَلا إِلهَ إِلا اللهُ، وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إِلا باللهِ، قَال اللهُ: أَسْلَمَ عَبْدِي وَاسْتَسْلَمَ".

"يَا أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ: قُلْ سُبْحَانَ الله، وَالْحَمْدُ لله، وَلاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ الله، وَالله أَكْبَرُ، وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِالله، إِنَّهُنَّ الْبَاقِيَاتُ الصَّالِحَاتُ، وَهُنَّ يَحْطُطْنَ الْخَطَايَا كَمَا تَحُطُّ الشَّجَرَةُ وَرَقَهَا، وَهِيَ كُنُوزُ الْجَنَّةِ".

"عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ : خُذُوا جنَّتَكُمْ قُلْنَا: يَا رسُولَ اللهِ! مِنْ عَدُوٍّ حَضَرَ، قَالَ: جنَّتَكُمْ مِنَ النَّارِ، قُولُوا: سَبْحَانَ اللهِ، وَلا إلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ، فَإِنَّهُنَّ يَأتِينَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ معقبات وَمُنْجِيَات، وَهُنَّ البَاقِيَاتُ الصَّالِحَاتُ".
