الحاكم:٧٨٣٥ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبُ أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ثَنَا بَشَّارُ بْنُ كِدَامٍ السُّلَمِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْحَلِفُ حَنِثٌ أَوْ نَدَمٌ»

قَالَ الْحَاكِمُ «قَدْ كُنْتُ أَحْسَبُ بُرْهَةً مِنْ دَهْرِي بَشَّارٌ هَذَا أَخُو مِسْعَرٍ فَلَمْ أَقِفُ عَلَيْهِ وَهَذَا الْكَلَامُ صَحِيحٌ مِنْ قَوْلِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
