ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الْمُصَرِّحِ بِصِحَّةِ مَا ذَكَرْنَاهُ قَبْلُ

ibnhibban:583ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad al-Azdī > Isḥāq b. Ibrāhīm > Jarīr > Manṣūr > Abū Wāʾil > ʿAbdullāh > Ibn Masʿūd > Rasūl

"When you are three, two should not converse (privately) to the exclusion of their companion, because that makes him sad." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3775)   

ابن حبّان:٥٨٣أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ هُوَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا كُنْتُمْ ثَلَاثَةً فَلَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ صَاحِبِهِمَا حَتَّى يَخْتَلِطُوا بِالنَّاسِ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يُحْزِنُهُ»

The Prophet ﷺ said, "When you are three persons sitting together, then no two of you should hold secret counsel excluding the third person until you are with some other people too, for that would grieve him."

If you are three, two amongst you should not converse secretly between yourselves to the exclusion of the other (third one), unti some other people join him (and dispel his loneliness), for it may hurt his feelings.

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whenever there are three of you, then let two not converse in exclusion of their companion."

malik:56-14Mālik > Nāfiʿ > ʿAbdullāh b. ʿUmar

Malik related to me from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Two must not converse secretly to the exclusion of another person."  

مالك:٥٦-١٤وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "If you are three, do not have a private conversation excluding the third person, as that would distress him. And a woman should not approach or communicate with another woman and then describe her to her husband as if he is looking at her."  

أحمد:٤٤٠٧حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا كُنْتُمْ ثَلَاثَةً فَلَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ صَاحِبِهِمَا فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يَحْزُنُهُ وَلَا تُبَاشِرُ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمَرْأَةَ ثُمَّ تَنْعَتُهَا لِزَوْجِهَا حَتَّى كَأَنَّهُ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهَا

[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ that he said: "When you are three, do not have a private conversation that excludes the third person, as it will hurt him. And a woman should not describe another woman to her husband as if he is looking at her."

الدارمي:٢٦٩٩أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا كُنْتُمْ ثَلَاثَةً فَلَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ صَاحِبِهِمَا فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يُحْزِنُهُ»
