I never saw anybody suffering so much from sickness as Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

مَا رَأَيْتُ أَحَدًا أَشَدَّ عَلَيْهِ الْوَجَعُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ

'A'isha reported, I did not see anyone else being afflicted with more severe illness than Messenger of Allah ﷺ. In the narration transmitted by 'Uthman there is a slight variation of wording.

عَائِشَةُ مَا رَأَيْتُ رَجُلاً أَشَدَّ عَلَيْهِ الْوَجَعُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ عُثْمَانَ مَكَانَ الْوَجَعِ وَجَعًا

"Messenger of Allah would hasten Zuhr more than you (people), while you (people) hasten Asr more than him."

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَشَدَّ تَعْجِيلاً لِلظُّهْرِ مِنْكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ أَشَدُّ تَعْجِيلاً لِلْعَصْرِ مِنْهُ

"I have not seen ailment effecting anyone worse than upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."

عَائِشَةُ مَا رَأَيْتُ الْوَجَعَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ

“I never saw anyone suffer more pain than the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.”

عَائِشَةُ مَا رَأَيْتُ أَحَدًا أَشَدَّ عَلَيْهِ الْوَجَعُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ

[AI] I have never seen anyone more eager for the midday prayer than the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , Abu Bakr, and Umar.

مَا رَأَيْتُ أَحَدًا كَانَ أَشَدَّ تَعْجِيلًا لِلظُّهْرِ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَلَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَلَا عُمَرَ

"I have not seen ailment effecting anyone worse than upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2397)

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ مَا رَأَيْتُ الْوَجَعَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

[AI] I have never seen a person who experienced more pain than the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ .

مَا رَأَيْتُ إِنْسَانًا قَطُّ أَشَدَّ عَلَيْهِ الْوَجَعُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

"Messenger of Allah would hasten Zuhr more than you (people), while you (people) hasten Asr more than him." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 161)

قَالَقَالَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَشَدَّ تَعْجِيلًا لِلظُّهْرِ مِنْكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ أَشَدُّ تَعْجِيلًا لِلْعَصْرِ مِنْهُ

أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَشَدَّ تَعْجِيلًا لِلظُّهْرِ مِنْكُمْوَأَنْتُمْ أَشَدُّ تَعْجِيلًا لِلْعَصْرِ مِنْهُ

"I have not seen ailment effecting anyone worse than upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2397)

عَائِشَةُ «مَا رَأَيْتُ الْوَجَعَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "A hundred will come, but only few will remain steadfast."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا تَأْتِي مِائَةٌ وَعَلَى ظَهْرِهَا أَحَدٌ بَاقٍ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "No one will enter Paradise while they have even an atom's weight of arrogance in their heart."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا تَأْتِي الْمِائَةُ وَعَلَى ظَهْرِهَا أَحَدٌ بَاقٍ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to be more eager for the noon prayer than you, while you are more lenient towards the afternoon prayer than him.

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَشَدَّ تَعْجِيلًا لِلظُّهْرِ مِنْكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ أَشَدُّ تَأْخِيرًا لِلْعَصْرِ مِنْهُ»

"I have not seen ailment effecting anyone worse than upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2397)

«مَا رَأَيْتُ الْوَجَعَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ»

"I have not seen ailment effecting anyone worse than upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2397)

«مَا رَأَيْتُ الْوَجَعَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ»

"لا تَأتِي الْمِائَةُ وَعَلَى ظَهْرِهَا أَحَدٌ بَاقٍ".

"مَا رَأَيْتُ أَحَدًا كَانَ أَشَدَّ تَعْجِيلًا لِلظُّهْرِ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَلَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ (*) وَلَا عُمَر".

"كان رسول الله ﷺ أشد تعجيلًا للظهر منكم، وأنتم أشد تأخيرًا للعصر منه".
