[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Whoever unlawfully takes something, it does not belong to us, so return it and distribute it among them equally."  

أحمد:٢٠٦٣١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ حَدَّثَنِي يَعْلَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِي لَبِيدٍ قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ كَابُلَ قَالَ فَأَصَابَ النَّاسُ غَنِيمَةً فَانْتَهَبُوهَا فَأَمَرَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَمُرَةَ مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي فَنَادَى فَاجْتَمَعَ النَّاسُ فَقَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنِ انْتَهَبَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا رُدُّوهَا فَرَدُّوهَا فَقَسَمَهَا بَيْنَهُمْ بِالسَّوِيَّةِ
