“Whoever plunders openly is not one of us.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً مَشْهُورَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا

“Whoever plunders is not one of us.”

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا

The Prophet ﷺ said: Cutting of hand is not to be inflicted on one who plunders, but he who plunders conspicuously does not belong to us. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4391)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُنْتَهِبِ قَطْعٌ وَمَنْ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً مَشْهُورَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا وَقَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْخَائِنِ قَطْعٌ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no cutting off on a path, and whoever cuts off, it is not of us." "Abu Al-Zubayr, his name is Muhammad ibn Tadrus Al-Makki."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ عَلَى مُنْتَهِبٍ قَطْعٌ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا» «أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ اسْمُهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ تَدْرُسَ الْمَكِّيُّ»

“Whoever plunders is not one of us.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3937)

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا»

"لَيسَ عَلَى الْمُنْتَهِبِ قَطعٌ، وَمَنْ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً مَشْهُورَةً فَلَيسَ منَّا".
