[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to fast on Monday, Thursday, and Monday of the following week after Friday.  

الطبراني:١٩٧٥٠ – حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ عَنْ سَوَاءٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ «يَصُومُ الِاثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسَ وَالْإِثْنَيْنِ مِنَ الْجُمُعَةِ الْمُقْبِلَةِ»
