[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ who said, "There will be rulers upon you."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «يَكُونُ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَرَاءُ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "Shall I not inform you about your men from the people of Paradise?" They said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "The Prophet is in Paradise, the martyr is in Paradise, the truthful one is in Paradise, the one born in Paradise, and the man who visits his brother on the other side of Egypt in Paradise. Shall I not inform you about your women from the people of Paradise?" They said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "The one who is loving, giving birth, even if she is wronged or oppressed, she says: 'This is my bond with you in your hand; I will not taste death until you are pleased.'"  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِرِجَالِكُمْ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ؟» قَالُوا بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَالَ «النَّبِيُّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَالشَّهِيدُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَالصِّدِّيقُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَالْمَوْلُودُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَالرَّجُلُ يَزُورُ أَخَاهُ فِي جَانِبِ الْمِصْرِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِنِسَائِكُمْ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ؟» قَالُوا بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَالَ الْوَدُودُ الْوَلُودُ الَّتِي إِنْ ظَلَمَتْ أَوْ ظُلِمَتْ قَالَتْ هَذِهِ نَاصِيَتِي بِيَدِكَ لَا أَذُوقُ غَمْضًا حَتَّى تَرْضَى  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us and I was the seventh of seven, five of whom were from the Quraysh tribe. He said, "Listen! Will you not listen?" He repeated it three times. "Indeed, there will be rulers after me. Whoever enters upon them and supports them in their falsehood and helps them in their wrongdoing, he is not from me and I am not from him. I disassociate myself from him and he disassociates himself from me. But whoever does not enter upon them, does not believe in their falsehood, and does not aid them in their wrongdoing, then he is from me and I am from him. He will meet me at the Pool".  

خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَنَا سَابِعُ سَبْعَةٍ مِنَّا خَمْسَةٌ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ فَقَالَ «أَلَا هَلْ تَسْتَمِعُونَ؟» قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا «إِنَّهُ» سَيَكُونُ بَعْدِي أُمَرَاءُ فَمَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَصَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ وَأَنَا مِنْهُ بَرِيءٌ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُعِنْهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَهُوَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُ وَسَيَلْقَانِي فَيَكُونُ مَعِي  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us when we were seven on cushions and said, "O Ka'b ibn 'Ujrah, I seek refuge in Allah from the leadership of fools." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the leadership of fools?" He said, "Leaders who will come after me, whoever comes to them and believes in their lies and supports them in their oppression, he is not from me and I am not from him, and he will not come to the Pond. And whoever does not come to them and does not believe in their lies and does not support them in their oppression, he is from me and I am from him, and he will come to the Pond."  

خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ سَبْعَةٌ عَلَى وِسَادَةٍ فَقَالَ «يَا كَعْبُ بْنَ عُجْرَةَ أُعِيذُكَ بِاللهِ مِنْ إِمَارَةِ السُّفَهَاءِ» قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا إِمَارَةُ السُّفَهَاءِ؟ قَالَ «أُمَرَاءُ يَكُونُونَ مِنْ بَعْدِي فَمَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَصَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ وَلَنْ يَرِدَ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَأْتِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُعِنْهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَهُوَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُ وَسَيَرِدُ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us while we were seven on cushions and said, "O Ka'b bin 'Ujrah, I seek refuge for you in Allah from the rule of fools." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the rule of fools?" He said, "Rulers who will come after me, whoever goes to them and believes in their lies and helps them in their wrongdoing, he is not from me and I am not from him, and he will not come to the Pond (in Paradise). But whoever does not go to them, does not believe in their lies, and does not help them in their wrongdoing, he is from me and I am from him, and he will come to the Pond."  

خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ سَبْعَةٌ عَلَى وِسَادَةٍ فَقَالَ «يَا كَعْبُ بْنَ عُجْرَةَ أُعِيذُكَ بِاللهِ مِنْ إِمَارَةِ السُّفَهَاءِ» قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا إِمَارَةُ السُّفَهَاءِ؟ قَالَ «أُمَرَاءُ يَكُونُونَ مِنْ بَعْدِي فَمَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَصَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ وَلَنْ يَرِدَ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَأْتِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُعِنْهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَهُوَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُ وَسَيَرِدُ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , came out to us, while we were seven people sitting on cushions. He said, "O Ka'b ibn 'Ujrah, I seek refuge for you in Allah from the leadership of the foolish." I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is the leadership of the foolish?" He said, "They are rulers who will come after me, and whoever enters their presence and believes in their lies and supports them in their injustice, he is not from me and I am not from him, and he will not come to the Hawd (a reservoir in Paradise where the Prophet will give his companions water to drink). But whoever does not go to them and does not believe in their lies and does not support them in their injustice, then he is from me and I am from him, and he will come to the Hawd."  

خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ سَبْعَةٌ عَلَى وِسَادَةٍ فَقَالَ «يَا كَعْبُ بْنَ عُجْرَةَ أُعِيذُكَ بِاللهِ مِنْ إِمَارَةِ السُّفَهَاءِ» قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَمَا إِمَارَةُ السُّفَهَاءِ؟ قَالَ «أُمَرَاءُ يَكُونُونَ مِنْ بَعْدِي فَمَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَصَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ وَلَنْ يَرِدَ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَأْتِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُعِنْهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَهُوَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُ وَسَيَرِدُ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ»  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "There will be rulers over you. Whoever supports them in their falsehood and helps them in their oppression, and believes their lies, then he is not of me and I am not of him. He will not drink from my pond. And whoever does not support them in their falsehood, does not believe their lies, and does not help them in their oppression, then he is of me and I am of him. He will drink from my pond."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّهَا سَيَكُونُ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَرَاءُ فَمَنْ غَشِيَ أَبْوَابَهُمْ وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ وَصَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَا أَنَا مِنْهُ وَلَنْ يَرِدَ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَغْشَ أَبْوَابَهُمْ وَلَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ وَلَمْ يُعِنْهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ فَهُوَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُ وَهُوَ وَارِدٌ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , came out to us while we were seven people, four of our companions and three of our Arab men riding our camels to his mosque. He asked us, "What is keeping you here?" We replied, "We are waiting for the prayer." He then threw a little pebble and turned towards us and asked, "Do you know what your Lord says?" We said, "No." He said, "Verily, your Lord says, 'Whoever performs the prayer at its designated time and preserves it without neglecting it, he shall have a covenant with Me that I will admit him into Paradise. And whoever does not perform the prayer at its designated time and does not preserve it without neglecting it, he shall not have a covenant with Me. If I will, I will punish him and if I will, I will forgive him.'"  

خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ سَبْعَةُ نَفَرٍ أَرْبَعَةٌ مِنْ مَوَالِينَا وَثَلَاثَةٌ مِنْ عَرَبِنَا مُسْنِدِينَ ظُهُورَنَا إِلَى مَسْجِدِهِ فَقَالَ «مَا أَجْلَسُكُمْ؟» قُلْنَا جَلَسْنَا نَنْتَظِرُ الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ فَأَرَمَّ قَلِيلًا ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا بِوَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ «هَلْ تَدْرُونَ مَا يَقُولُ رَبُّكُمْ؟» قُلْنَا لَا قَالَ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ يَقُولُ مَنْ صَلَّى الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا وَحَافَظَ عَلَيْهَا وَلَمْ يُضَيِّعْهَا اسْتِخْفَافًا بِحَقِّهَا فَلَهُ عَلِيَّ عَهْدٌ أَنْ أُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يُصَلِّهَا لِوَقْتِهَا وَلَمْ يُحَافِظْ عَلَيْهَا اسْتِخْفَافًا بِحَقِّهَا فَلَا عَهْدَ لَهُ عَلِيَّ إِنْ شِئْتُ عَذَّبْتُهُ وَإِنْ شِئْتُ غَفَرْتُ لَهُ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us and said, "What has made you sit here?" We said, "We are waiting for the prayer." He said, "Do you know what your Lord says?" We said, "No." He said, "Verily, He says, 'Whoever prays the prayers at their proper times and does not neglect them out of laziness or disregard, for him is the promise of entering Paradise. And whoever does not pray them at their proper times and neglects them out of laziness or disregard, he has no covenant with Me. If I will, I will punish him and if I will, I will forgive him."  

خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «مَا يُجْلِسُكُمْ؟» قُلْنَا نَنْتَظِرُ الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ «أَتَدْرُونَ مَا يَقُولُ رَبُّكُمْ؟» قُلْنَا لَا قَالَ فَإِنَّهُ يَقُولُ مَنْ صَلَّى الصَّلَوَاتِ لِوَقْتِهَا وَلَمْ يُضَيِّعْهَا اسْتِخْفَافًا بِحَقِّهَا فَلَهُ عَلِيَّ أَنْ أُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُصَلِّهَا لِوَقْتِهَا وَضَيَّعَهَا اسْتِخْفَافًا بِحَقِّهَا فَلَيْسَ لَهُ عِنْدِي عَهْدٌ إِنْ شِئْتُ عَذَّبْتُهُ وَإِنْ شِئْتُ عَفَوْتُ عَنْهُ
