[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a pregnant ewe or a pregnant sheep, then he has the option of three days. If he returns it, he returns with it a sa'a of food, not to be returned with something inferior."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً أَوْ لَقْحَةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لَا سَمْرَاءَ»
He who buys a goat with its udder tied up has the option to retain the goat if he so desires or return it within three days, and in case he returns it he should do so along with a sa' of dates.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ ابْتَاعَ شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ فِيهَا بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ
lie who buys a goat having its udder tied up has the option to return it within three days. If he returns it he should pay a sa' of dates. Wheat is not essential.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لاَ سَمْرَاءَ
The Prophet ﷺ as saying: If anyone buys sheep whose udders have been tied up, he has option for three days: he may return it if he desires with a sa' of any grain, not (necessarily) wheat.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لاَ سَمْرَاءَ
That the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever purchased an animal that has not been milked, then he the choice when he milks it, if he wishes he may return it, returning a Sa' of dried dates along with it."
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَنِ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِذَا حَلَبَهَا إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ
That the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever purchases an animal that has not been milked, then he retains the option for three days. If he returns it, then he is to return with it a Sa' of food, not Samra' "
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لاَ سَمْرَاءَ
"O Allah, bless my nation in their early mornings.". It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever buys a Musarrah, he has the choice (of annulling the deal) for three days. If he returns it, then he must also give a Sa' of dates, not Samra'." Meaning wheat.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ ابْتَاعَ مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ لاَ سَمْرَاءَ يَعْنِي الْحِنْطَةَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ اشْتَرَى شَاةً فَوَجَدَهَا مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ فَلْيَرُدَّهَا إِنْ شَاءَ وَيَرُدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a pregnant sheep and returns it, he should also return a sa' of dates with it, not dried."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَرَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ لَا سَمْرَاءَ
[Machine] And whoever sells a grain measure, then the buyer has the choice for three days whether to return it, and when returning it, he must also return a measure of dates.
وَمَنْ بَاعَ مُصَرَّاةً فَالْمُشْتَرِي بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ
That the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever purchases an animal that has not been milked, then he retains the option for three days. If he returns it, then he is to return with it a Sa' of food, not Samra' " (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1252)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ لَا سَمْرَاءَ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a damaged sheep, he should either accept it or return it and along with it, give a sa' of dates."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا وَإِلَّا رَدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ»
اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ من اشترى شاة مصراة فهو بالخيار ثلاثة أيام فإن ردها رد معها صاع بر لا سمراء
"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لا سَمَراء (*) ".
"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ فِيهَا بِالْخِيارِ ثَلاثةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا، وإن شَاءَ رَدَّها ورَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا من تَمْرٍ".
"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُو فيها بخَيرِ النَّظِرَينَ، إِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا من طَعَامٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ".
"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنَّهُ يَحْلِبُهَا [ثلاثَةَ أَيامٍ] (*)، فَإِنْ رَضِيهَا أَخَذَهَا، وَإِلَّا رَدَّهَا وَرَدَ مَعَها صَاعًا مِن تَمْرٍ".
"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً، فَإِنَّهُ يَحْلِبُهَا ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّام، فَإِن رَضِيَها وإلا رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ معها صَاعًا من تَمْرٍ".
