Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a sheep which has been kept unmilked for a long period, and milks it, can keep it if he is satisfied, and if he is not satisfied, he can return it, but he should pay one Sa of dates for the milk."

أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنِ اشْتَرَى غَنَمًا مُصَرَّاةً فَاحْتَلَبَهَا فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا أَمْسَكَهَا وَإِنْ سَخِطَهَا فَفِي حَلْبَتِهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ

He who bought a goat having its udder tied up should go back with it, milk it, and, if he is satisfied with its milk, he should retair it, otherwise he should return it along with a sa' of dates.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَلْيَنْقَلِبْ بِهَا فَلْيَحْلُبْهَا فَإِنْ رَضِيَ حِلاَبَهَا أَمْسَكَهَا وَإِلاَّ رَدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ

He who buys a goat with its udder tied up has the option to retain the goat if he so desires or return it within three days, and in case he returns it he should do so along with a sa' of dates.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ ابْتَاعَ شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ فِيهَا بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ

lie who buys a goat having its udder tied up has the option to return it within three days. If he returns it he should pay a sa' of dates. Wheat is not essential.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لاَ سَمْرَاءَ

He who buys a goat having its udder tied up has two courses left for him. He may retain it, and if he desires may return it along with a sa' of dates and not wheat.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ لاَ سَمْرَاءَ

The Prophet ﷺ as saying: If anyone buys sheep whose udders have been tied up, he has option for three days: he may return it if he desires with a sa' of any grain, not (necessarily) wheat.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لاَ سَمْرَاءَ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: If anyone buys sheep or goat whose udders have been tied up and he milked it, he may keep it if he is pleased with it, or he may return it if he is displeased with it. There is one sa' of dates (which he must give to the seller) for milking it.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنِ اشْتَرَى غَنَمًا مُصَرَّاةً احْتَلَبَهَا فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا أَمْسَكَهَا وَإِنْ سَخِطَهَا فَفِي حَلْبَتِهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ

That the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever purchased an animal that has not been milked, then he the choice when he milks it, if he wishes he may return it, returning a Sa' of dried dates along with it."

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَنِ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِذَا حَلَبَهَا إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ

That the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever purchases an animal that has not been milked, then he retains the option for three days. If he returns it, then he is to return with it a Sa' of food, not Samra' "

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لاَ سَمْرَاءَ

"whoever buys a Musarraha, if he is please with it when he milks it, he may keep it, and if he is not please with it, he may return it, along with a Sa of daters"' (Sahih )

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا إِذَا حَلَبَهَا فَلْيُمْسِكْهَا وَإِنْ كَرِهَهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ

"O Allah, bless my nation in their early mornings.". It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever buys a Musarrah, he has the choice (of annulling the deal) for three days. If he returns it, then he must also give a Sa' of dates, not Samra'." Meaning wheat.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ ابْتَاعَ مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ لاَ سَمْرَاءَ يَعْنِي الْحِنْطَةَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a pregnant ewe or a pregnant sheep, then he has the option of three days. If he returns it, he returns with it a sa'a of food, not to be returned with something inferior."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً أَوْ لَقْحَةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لَا سَمْرَاءَ»

[AI] "The Prophet ﷺ said: Whoever buys a pregnant sheep, he should milk it. If he is satisfied with it, he may keep it, otherwise he should return it and also return a measure of dates alongside it."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنَّهُ يَحْلُبُهَا فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا أَخَذَهَا وَإِلَّا رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ

وَقَالَ مَنِ ابْتَاعَ شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ فِيهَا بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a pregnant sheep and returns it, he should also return a sa' of dates with it, not dried."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَرَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ لَا سَمْرَاءَ

[AI] "Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: Whoever buys a pregnant sheep, let him milk it. If he is not satisfied with it, he should return it, along with a sa' of dates."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَلْيَحْلِبْهَا فَإِنْ لَمْ يَرْضَهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَلْيَرُدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Whoever buys a sheep and finds it to be sick, then he has the choice to return it if he wishes, and he returns it along with a saa' of dates."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ اشْتَرَى شَاةً فَوَجَدَهَا مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ فَلْيَرُدَّهَا إِنْ شَاءَ وَيَرُدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ

That the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever purchased an animal that has not been milked, then he the choice when he milks it, if he wishes he may return it, returning a Sa' of dried dates along with it." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1251)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مَنْ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ

[AI] And whoever sells a grain measure, then the buyer has the choice for three days whether to return it, and when returning it, he must also return a measure of dates.

وَمَنْ بَاعَ مُصَرَّاةً فَالْمُشْتَرِي بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ

That the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever purchases an animal that has not been milked, then he retains the option for three days. If he returns it, then he is to return with it a Sa' of food, not Samra' " (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1252)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ لَا سَمْرَاءَ

قال قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ من اشترى مصراة فهو بالخيار أحد النظرين إن ردها رد معها صاعا لا سمرا وَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ يُونُسَ إلا هشيم

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ من اشترى مصراة فهو بالخيار إن شاء أخذها فإن ردها رد معها صاعا من بر لا سمراء <

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ من اشترى شاة مصراة فهو بالخيار ثلاثة أيام فإن ردها رد معها صاع بر لا سمراء

[AI] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a she-camel, and dislikes it, then he should return it and also give a sa' of dates."

أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنِ اشْتَرَى نَاقَةً مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنْ كَرِهَهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a damaged sheep, he should either accept it or return it and along with it, give a sa' of dates."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا وَإِلَّا رَدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ»

"whoever buys a Musarraha, if he is please with it when he milks it, he may keep it, and if he is not please with it, he may return it, along with a Sa of daters"' (Sahih ) (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4488)

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ مَنِ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا إِذَا حَلَبَهَا فَلْيُمْسِكْهَا وَإِنْ كَرِهَهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a whip, it is valid for three days, and if he returns it, he should return it with a measure of dates."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنِ ابْتَاعَ مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever buys a pregnant sheep, he should keep it until it gives birth, then he should milk it. If the milk is sufficient, he should keep it, but if not, he should return it along with a measure of dates."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَلْيَنْقَلِبْ بِهَا فَلْيَحْلُبْهَا فَإِنْ رَضِيَ حِلَابَهَا أَمْسَكَهَا وَإِلَّا رَدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a fat sheep, he has the option of returning it within three days if he wishes, or (he can keep it) by giving a measure of food, not barley."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لَا سَمْرَاءَ وَكَذَلِكَ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a pregnant sheep, then its owner has the right to milk it. If he accepts, then he should keep it, but if not, then he should return it and a sa' of dates."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُحَفَّلَةً فَإِنَّ لِصَاحِبِهَا أَنْ يَحْتَلِبَهَا فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا فَلْيُمْسِكْهَا وَإِلَّا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a domestic camel has the choice for three days: if he returns it, he returns it and gives a measure of food, not red (meat)."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنِ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لَا سَمْرَاءَ

"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً لِدَرَّتِهَا، حَلَبَهَا ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ، وإِلَّا رَدَّ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ".

"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ لا سَمَراء (*) ".

"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ فِيهَا بِالْخِيارِ ثَلاثةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا، وإن شَاءَ رَدَّها ورَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا من تَمْرٍ".

"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُو فيها بخَيرِ النَّظِرَينَ، إِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا من طَعَامٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ".

"مَنِ اشْتَرَى نَاقَةً مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنْ كَرِهَهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَصَاعًا من تَمْر".

"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنْ رَضِيهَا، وَإلَّا رَدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعًا من تَمْرٍ".

"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنَّهُ يَحْلِبُهَا [ثلاثَةَ أَيامٍ] (*)، فَإِنْ رَضِيهَا أَخَذَهَا، وَإِلَّا رَدَّهَا وَرَدَ مَعَها صَاعًا مِن تَمْرٍ".

"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً، فَإِنَّهُ يَحْلِبُهَا ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّام، فَإِن رَضِيَها وإلا رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ معها صَاعًا من تَمْرٍ".

"مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُحَفَّلَةً فَإِنَّ لِصَاحِبها أَنْ يَحْتَلِبَها، فإِن رَضِيَها فَلْيُمسِكْها، وإلَّا فَليَرُدَّهَا وَصَاعًا من تَمْر".

"عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُحفَّلَةً فَرَدَّهَا فَلْيَرُدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ".
