[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , he said: "Yes, whoever purchases a piece of land or a garden, he has the choice. If he wishes to return it, he may return it. And if he wishes to keep it, he may keep it."  

أحمد:٧٣٨٠حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قِيلَ لِسُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ قِيلَ لَهُ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ مَنِ ابْتَاعَ مُحَفَّلَةً أَوْ مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَرُدَّهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يُمْسِكَهَا أَمْسَكَهَا

He who buys a goat with its udder tied up has the option to retain the goat if he so desires or return it within three days, and in case he returns it he should do so along with a sa' of dates.

Abu Al- Qasim said: "Whoever buys a Musarrah, he has the choice (of annulling the deal) for three days. If the wishes ti keep it, he may keep it, and if he wishes to return it, he may return it, along with a Sa of daters, not wheat." (Sahih )
