The Prophet ﷺ said, " If anyone of you sneezes, he should say 'Al-Hamduli l-lah' (Praise be to Allah), and his (Muslim) brother or companion should say to him, 'Yar-hamuka-l-lah' (May Allah bestow his Mercy on you). When the latter says 'Yar-hamuka-llah", the former should say, 'Yahdikumul-lah wa Yuslih balakum' (May Allah give you guidance and improve your condition).

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا عَطَسَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلْيَقُلْ لَهُ أَخُوهُ أَوْ صَاحِبُهُ يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ فَإِذَا قَالَ لَهُ يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ فَلْيَقُلْ يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ

When one of you sneezes, he should say: "Praise be to Allah in every circumstance," and his brother or his companion should say: "May Allah have mercy on you!" And he should then reply: "May Allah guide you and set right your affairs."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا عَطَسَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ وَلْيَقُلْ أَخُوهُ أَوْ صَاحِبُهُ يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ وَيَقُولُ هُوَ يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ

ʿIf one of you sneezes, let him say: Praise be to Allah in all situations. Let others say to him; May Allah have mercy on you. And let him say May Allah guide you and rectify your condition.” I said to him: Is it from Abu Ayyoob? He said: ʿAli ؓ .

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِذَا عَطَسَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ وَلْيَقُلِ الَّذِي يَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِ يَرْحَمُكَ اللهُ وَلْيَقُلْ هُوَ يَهْدِيكَ اللهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكَ قَالَ حَجَّاجٌ يَهْدِيكُمُ اللهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “If one of you sneezes, let him say, Praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds, and let those who are around him say: May Allah have mercy on you, and let him say, May Allah guide you and rectify your condition.” (Using translation from Aḥmad 972)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا عَطَسَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلْيَقُلْ لَهُ أَخُوهُ أَوْ صَاحِبُهُ يَرْحَمُكَ اللهُ وَلْيَقُلْ يَهْدِيكُمُ اللهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ

Abu Salih reported that the Prophet ﷺ said, "When one of you sneezes, he should say, 'Praise be to Allah.' When he says, 'Praise be to Allah, ' his brother or companion should say to him, 'May Allah have mercy on you.' Then let the person who sneezed say, 'May Allah guide you and put your affairs in order.'"

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا عَطَسَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ فَإِذَا قَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ فَلْيَقُلْ لَهُ أَخُوهُ أَوْ صَاحِبُهُ يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ وَلْيَقُلْ هُوَ يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ

"إذا عَطَسَ أحدُكُمْ فليقُلْ: الحمدُ لله عَلَى كُلِّ حالٍ، ولْيَقُلْ مَنْ حَوْلَه: يَرْحُمكَ الله، ولْيقُلْ هُوَ لِمَنْ حَوْلَه: يهديكُمْ الله ويصلِحُ بالكُمْ".

"إذا عَطَسَ أحدُكُمْ فْليَقلْ: الحْمُد لله على كُل حالٍ، فإِذا قال فْليَقل له أخُوه أوْ صاحِبُه: يرْحَمُكَ الله، فإِذا قال لهُ: يرحَمُكَ الله، فْليقُل هو: يَهْديكُمْ الله وَيُصْلِحُ بالكُمْ".
