The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Ruined were those who are over-scrupulous." He repeated this thrice.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «هَلَكَ الْمُتَنَطِّعُونَ» قَالَهَا ثَلاَثًا

"Beware! The extremists perished," saying it three times.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَلاَ هَلَكَ الْمُتَنَطِّعُونَ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ

[AI] About the Prophet ﷺ ? He said about the Prophet ﷺ .

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ؟ قَالَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَلَا هَلَكَ الْمُتَنَطِّعُونَ ثَلَاثَ مِرَارٍ قَالَ يَحْيَى فِي حَدِيثٍ طَوِيلٍ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Every eye commits adultery."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ كُلُّ عَيْنٍ زَانِيَةٌ

[AI] "About the Prophet ﷺ? He said, 'That's how it is with me.'"

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ؟ قَالَ كَذَا هُوَ عِنْدِي

Abu Dawud said “I heard Muhammad bin Isa narrating this tradition who said Mu’tamar narrated it to us. And he (Mu’tamar) said “ I heard Al Hakam bin Aban narrating this tradition. He did not mention the name of Ibn ‘Abbas. Abu Dawud said “Al Hussain bin Huraith wrote to me saying “Al Fadl bin Musa narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas to the same effect from the Prophet ﷺ. عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

[AI] About the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Zakariya was a carpenter."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «كَانَ زَكَرِيَّا نَجَّارًا»

The Prophet [SAW] said: "Every intoxicant is unlawful." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 5587)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ»

"أَلَا هلَكَ (المُتَنَطِّعُونَ ثَلَاث مرَّات) ".

"هَلَكَ المُتَنَطِّعُونَ".
